This is a stylish and airy apartment, which is right in the heart of Perpignan. Every time I put a historic location into maps, it seemed to be just three or four minutes away on foot! The kitchen is well equipped, and the lounge very comfortable. I slept very well in the spacious bed. The en suite bathroom and toilet are separate from one another, which can be helpful if you are with a travelling companion. The apartment has beautiful French windows, which attract the full sun in the afternoon, so just be prepared that it can get quite warm in the summer. Damien was an excellent and very communicative host.
