The house is very large and can easily accommodate 10. The place is remote and not easy to get to, you need a driver or a boat that the host can arrange for. However, we enjoyed the quite atmosphere and the spectacular view. The host is very responsive and helped with anything we asked for and gave us reasonable prices. They can arrange for meals to be cooked at home, the simpler ones (omelette for breakfast) were good. For proper meals (dinner) we found that crossing to the other side of the river offered more and better options. Overall, excellent place to stay for a large family or group that enjoy quite time.

This is the warmest homestay in Egypt.The host, Muhammad, is very welcoming. He actively helped us solve various problems from check-in to check-out. He helped us book a hot air balloon. We didn't bring a Visa card, so he gave us his card to use. It really helped us a lot.On the first day in Luxor, he took us out to see the night view of the Valley of the Kings, and also took us to a local wedding, which was a very special experience.His two kids are also very cute.You can eat here, the food is delicious.The house is very distinctive, clean, beautiful, and hot air balloons fly over the roof.Anyway, this is the best person I met while traveling in Egypt, very grateful, I hope Muhammad's homestay gets better and better!Chinese people can book with confidence!

I stayed here solo and absolutely loved it. The house is beautiful—immaculate, with a stunning garden and a private pool that felt like my own little oasis. There’s no AC, but don’t let that worry you—I was there in April with 39°C heat, and the house stayed cool throughout. I slept like a baby every night. The host was easy to communicate with, and the caretaker was super responsive and helpful. I’d definitely come back again!

We had a great time at Mahmoud's place. The accommodation is perfect, comfortable, quiet and very well located. Neighborhood life is very pleasant and authentic, full of restaurants and small shops next door. We rented bikes to visit the Valley of the Kings, Medinet Habut and the agricultural plain which is beautiful. Many thanks to Mahmoud and Mohamed for hosting us and for making us feel at home, Egyptian hospitality at the top! It's been a real pleasure to chat with them and learn a bit about life in Egypt today. We recommend it in a second.

Our stay on the West Bank (Best Bank) was extra special at the Villa. So private, clean and comfortable. The pool is amazing. Abdol and his staff assisted with a West Bank tour (highly recommend Hasan the Egyptologist guide) and with transfers, and even arranged breakfast and dinner on the rooftop. Couldn’t recommend this place highly enough. We’ll be back!

Tarik and his family are incredible. We have lots of fun stsying with them, while at the same time, being constantly spoiled with the best of attentions. A grest tip is to arrange with Tarik the support of his brother Hussain, who has a Tuk Tuk and can take you to any of the temples and tumbs. Highly recommend!!!

There are not enough words in the English language to explain how fantastic Mohammad has been as a host. From airport collection, to amazing food recommendations his advice and hospitality has been exceptional. The property was very beautiful as well as very clean, any questions raised were answered immediately with no hesitation. The pool is a great addition for the Luxor heat. Myself and my partner could not have felt more at home and been more comfortable in this house and in the company of Mohammad. The experience we had in Luxor has been faultless and we will be returning to stay here soon without any questions asked. Thank you Mohammad for being so amazing and making us feel like family whilst also welcoming us into his home to meet his at the end of our stay, they also could not have been more kind and generous to us. It would be a mistake to not book this property if you ever come to Luxor. If I could give his property 6 stars I would.

Mohamed's house is exceptional, it is wonderful to find a house with a pool to enjoy without sharing with anyone. Maintenance was daily, an assistant from Mohamed checked every day the state of the water and chlorine level of the pool. The rooms of the house are spacious and very high ceilings, that, along with the North/South orientation of the building, allowed us to enjoy our stay without the need for air conditioning, the outside temperature was 38 degrees. The toilet has an immense bathtub (and hot water). The kitchen has the basics to run, refrigerator, oven, gas stove,... The living room is very spacious and has a large and practical table to eat. You can enjoy a terrace on the top of the house with a side access, has armchairs and wooden table, beautiful views. The photos on Airbnb fit the reality.
