In one word: Wow! We loved it there! We had nothing missing, very nicely decorated and this in a top location. If you don't become zen here, then nowhere... Otto and Nathalie, you are more than worth the 5 stars!

What a beautiful place in the green. Surely you would not thing of Belgium that it‘s the perfect summer location but it certainly was! The pictures we initially saw did not describe how laid back and chilled everything was. Beautiful greenery, a lovely natural pool with 5 fish! 🐠 The house was way large enough for us 5 friends and had enough space to have some privacy as well! Véronique and especially her son, Mathisse, were super helpful and were there once we asked for it!! Trust me: Go here, it was soo epic!

we couldn't fault Zsolt's place. we felt very at home and the place was perfectly located for our needs. And Zsolt was very helpful. we hope to be back and catch a warmer week-end to take advantage of the pool.

You step out the door and are in the middle of Antwerp South, a beautiful neighborhood with plenty of terraces and nice restaurants, pubs. The best airbnb we've ever had

A nice stay in a quiet location, just what we were looking for! Jozefien is a friendly lady who could immediately answer all our questions (and the children's questions). Ideal for our weekend getaway! We have enjoyed it!

Lovely historical cottage, very clean with a nice private yard and beautiful surroundings. It was peaceful and quiet and a nice reprieve from the bustling cities we had been in. We enjoyed a long, leisurely walk into town. Xavier and Sofie were wonderful hosts!

A real breath of fresh air… a stone's throw from everything! We really loved our stay here. The house is spacious, impeccable, very well equipped, and above all ideally located: you are surrounded by nature, quiet, while remaining only a few minutes from shops and all facilities. It's the perfect place to unwind, enjoy the garden without neighbors, with a beautiful view of the forest. Honestly, the experience is comparable to that of a 5-star hotel… with the added space, comfort and privacy of a home. Everything is thought out to make you feel good. The house is beautifully decorated and has many individual rooms with separate bathrooms. This makes it perfect for groups.

We LOVED our stay at Esteban and Joroen's. We had been attracted to the listing by the beautiful photos of the lush garden, the first floor outside decking , the bright interiors and the sense of peace and calm that was radiating out from the pictures. It was amazing to discover that it felt exactly like we had hoped and looked just as the photos but even more so. Such a peaceful and tranquil setting with everything we could need and more. We enjoyed three blissful days of cycling into Ghent on the provided bicycles, exploring the town and enjoying the food and drink options at the vast array of pavement cafe's and bars. In the evenings , after a stop at the nearby supermarket on our way back from town, we enjoyed the hot tub and then some drinks on the decking as we watched the sunset before preparing and eating dinner to the sounds of the wonderful assortment of vinyl that is on offer. In the mornings it was yoga in the lounge, surrounded by the plants, and then a cuppa on the deck

What an amazing house! A very nice atmosphere, it felt to me like the house embraces you. Beautiful location, right in the middle of the city and yet very quiet. Beautiful green garden. Bart is a great host. We were very kindly received. Definitely recommended if you like a house with character. I also found the story behind this house very inspiring and beautiful. Thank you Bart! Our stay was short but we would love to come back!

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment is beautiful, stylish, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The kitchen had all the essentials, which made cooking easy and enjoyable. It’s also incredibly family-friendly, our kids loved the toys, books, toddler bed, and the slide in the backyard! The space is full of lovely plants, giving it a cozy and refreshing atmosphere, and the green backyard was a peaceful bonus. The host was super responsive, helpful, and kind throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, highly recommended!

we enjoyed the beautiful house in a wonderful location very much. Unfortunately, the weather was not really bad, but inside it was warm and cozy. we would love to come back with nice weather. There's plenty to do nearby, so you definitely don't get bored.

This is a lovely place to relax and be nearby Brussels, Ghent, Antwerp, Lille. Very cozy, it has everything you need with a kind a responsive host. The place is nice, clean and makes you feel at home. We will go back when possible!

We stayed with eight friends for a weekend in Nick's apartment and definitely recommend it! Good restaurants and bars within walking distance, everyone had a good bed and the house is in a quiet street, so slept well with the window open. The living room and bathroom were spacious enough for a large group and the garden is great on a summer evening. Borgerhout is a little further from the center, but we liked that. Thank you Nick!
