Welcome to Linden Grove, a veteran estate in the heart of the Carpathians. My name is Mykola Iliichuk, I am the owner of the estate and an active serviceman of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. During the war, the essence of the native land became even deeper. “Linden Grove” is not just a veteran business. This is my attempt to bring back meaning, peace, and dignity to a life that has seen too much of the front, anxiety, pain, and loss. Hut in the mountains

Imagine - you are lying in an open-air bathtub. Ahead are the mountains. Around are spruces, the noise of a mountain river and mountain freshness. The cottage is NOT near nature, it is inside it. ⠀ You wake up in bed, and outside the window there are mountains, tree trunks, pine needles a few meters away, morning fog between them. ⠀ A hut made of mud, wood, and stone. It has carvings, bas-reliefs of Carpathian plants, natural furniture and everything you need for a perfect holiday. ⠀ This place has grown out of the mountains, trees, and silence.

Geodome house: mountains, forest.

I rent a geodome house in the village of Snidavka, Kosiv district, Ivano-Frankivsk region. The house is located in the woods, in the mountains, in a quiet place for relaxation. Built in 2022, it has a kitchen-studio, a bedroom on the second tier, a shower, hot water, a washing machine, and a refrigerator. Suitable for 2-3 people. There are areas for meditation, bathing in the tub. Additionally: sauna, tub. In the house: bedding, towels, kitchen utensils, backup power, barbecue, heated blankets. Meals are not included in the price.

Tiny House On The Top

Хатинка знаходиться на вершині гори висотою 850 метрів, поруч із селом Мариничі. Шлях на гору складає близько трьох кілометрів, через ліс та полонину. Можливість піднятися на гору лишень пішки, продукти та інші речі до хатинки вивозить кінь, в супроводі з гідом. За потреби можливо залишити авто на стоянці під горою. Для опалення і приготування їжі використовується піч на дровах. Всі перелічені послуги входять у вартість проживання.
