By the way, our apartment is barrier-free and there is a comfortable elevator in the house. We look forward to seeing our guests.

A beautiful condominium, built in 2010, on the top floor with a huge roof terrace from which you can see the Greifswald church towers is available for rent. The apartment is only an 8-minute walk from the train station, the university or the market square - so central, but still quiet, on a side street. You live completely alone on the roof level of the building - like in a penthouse. The elevator goes down to the floor below. A shared launderette is available. Parking space in the yard.

It is quiet here, but the central location offers the best connections to the bus, train and ship. Great restaurants are within walking distance. Pack your suitcases and come by!

It has a sunny terrace overlooking the idyllic countryside, a large garden area and its own parking space. The house has a living area of about 120 square meters, extends over 3 levels and is equipped for 8 people.
