Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Pupuan

It’s hard to put into words how wonderful our stay was. This was a big trip for my grandmothers 89th bday. Six women and a baby traveling from the US. Chika did above and beyond helping find the best restaurants, spa’s, shopping, drivers, temple’s…etc The home is absolutely stunning with so many personal touches. The backyard view with the pool is exactly what you want when visiting Bali. Her staff was the sweetest, breakfast was delicious. I would absolutely book here again and recommended to anyone going. We are so grateful to have been able to stay here and experience Ubud’s beauty.

Loved our stay at this villa! It’s in a super local area, which gave the whole trip a more authentic feel. The place is beautifully designed, and the big bathtub was such a nice touch. The pool is gorgeous too, and we especially enjoyed the little riverside deck just a short walk from the yard—so chill and peaceful. The bed was super comfy, and everything was really clean and well taken care of. Would definitely come back!

It was a great experience staying there. The location inside the forest is a dream, the spaces are very well designed and it offers everything one can ask for. Moreover the communication with the owner was very friendly and clear with no surprises or any problems. All in all a very easy recommendation for anyone looking for to stay in the area, a place you will remember.

Adi's villa was perfect for our group. He was super responsive and helpful with all of our questions! The local caretaker, Kadek, was so helpful and treated us amazingly well. He was able to seamlessly rent us the 5 scooters that we wanted for our stay. Definitely opt for him to cook you at least 1 meal! We had 2 meals and they were delicious! So worth it! Also, Mudiarse and his nephew Putu (or Putu's wife Jessy) drove us to and from the airport and on day trips when we preferred to be in a car or for longer excursions. They are such nice and genuine people as well and we were treated like family! The villa is right between 2 great surf beaches that are a short scooter ride away in either direction, but you can also surf next to the house! The beach near the house was beautiful and quiet. We loved the more authentic experience in West Bali. Hopefully we can come back and visit next year!

This is an oasis. If you are looking to escape the craziness and want to be immersed in nature this is your spot. From organic veggies, the country chicken the local family prepared for us. We were so happy we found this hidden gem.

The villa is beautiful to stay in. It had a very peaceful vibe, eye catching art and beautiful balinese furnishings, in amongst the rice fields. Very clean. A perfect spot to stay at, away from the hustle and bustle of what is Ubud is now. Agustin (house manager) and housekeeping staff were so attentive, helpful and friendly. They delivered some groceries (and beer!), organise drivers and bikes for us. Communication was no problem. They made our stay there so easy! At the street address there is no sign (that we could read anyway) to know that you are there. The house is hidden at the back in the fields so you need to follow the small path down, to the right, then up the 2nd to the left. Turn left at the path T intersection at the top. Though the lovely housekeeper ended up finding us and escorted us with our bags up to the villa. I loved watching the fieldman shoo gaggles of ducks into new paddocks. Beautiful sunrises 🥰

Besides having the absolute best and most comfortable bed out of any Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at, the place is so cute and cozy. The out door layout of the kitchen/patio makes the place feel really big. Walkable location to downtown Ubud, overall the place is perfect for long and short term stays. The hosts are also so kind and responsive, they brought me fresh fruit twice which was completely unexpected and appreciated . I would be back in a heart beat.

Had the best time at AIR. The apartment is so much bigger than expected and really comfortable. The location is great for the centre of Ubud while being out of the way enough to also be quiet. But by far the best thing was the interaction with other guests and the community vibe AIR has - breakfast conversations and evening hang outs (while feeling totally at ease being able to have my own space when needed). Whether you’re a creative or not, this place felt so welcoming.

This is amazing place) Host is kind, polite and attentive. Every our messages were answered fast. We have good regular cleaning. This house is located 15 min from the beach, and there is a calm atmosphere. Moreover, we had beautiful view to the mountains. I can highly recommend this place for staying!

Nyoman is a very caring and cool host. I came to Ubud for the first time, but I was so happy. He cleaned right away and accepted feedback right away. And he always tried to communicate with me and gave me a lot of information. He’s a very honest man to know. There will be good accommodation and delicious food. I’ll be back next year. Es ist eine sehr schöne Unterkunft inmitten von Reisfeldern. Die Lage hätte nicht schöner sein können. Wir konnten vom Bett aus, die Reisfelder sehen. Auf der Dachterasse hatte man einen tollen Ausblick auf den Sonnenuntergang. Die Unterkunft ist perfekt. Die Begrüßung erfolgte persönlich durch den Gastgeber, welcher uns auch während unseres gesamten Aufenthaltes sehr geholfen hat. Leider kam meine Freundin bereits krank an, woraufhin er direkt los ging und Medikamente holte. Als sie dann zum Arzt musste, fuhr er uns mit seinem Auto ins nahegelegenen Krankenhaus. Er blieb die gesamte Zeit mit im Krankenhaus, um dort alles weitere zu regeln. Für all das, wollte er kein Geld. Wir haben selten einen so herzlichen Menschen kennengelernt.

Gyönyörű a szállás. A fürdőszoba elképesztő, hogy kint van a természetben. A személyzet minden tagja nagyon kedves. Elsőre kicsit nehéz megtalálni a bejáratot, de ebben is azonnal segítséget kaptunk. Szívből ajánlom ezt a hotelt.

Harumi is a super attentive host! He was always smiley and helpful anytime I needed anything. I loved the area where is located, (definitely less busy than Canggu center), and loved the pool area where I could swim most of my days ☺️ I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who travels solo or with their partner! If I’m back in Bali I wouldn’t hesitate to book my stay here again.

Overall, we had an amazing time in Kabinji! We really wanted to have a peaceful staycation and this was a perfect location. We loved the place and how thoughtfully designed it is. It had all the necessities we needed. There are some mini marts that are walkable, but you can also rent a motorbike if you don’t want to walk. Komang and the Kabinji fam was really helpful throughout our stay. Komang and his wife made sure we were all set. We also appreciated the additional fruits and juices they provided for the breakfast. This place is very surrounded by nature so you should expect that there will be ants, mosquitoes, etc. There’s a provided mosquito repellent, though. There are also some rats outside the cabin so don’t be shocked if you hear some noises at night. They are pretty harmless and as long as you close the doors and always regularly put your trash outside, the rats and ants won’t get cozy inside the room. Will def consider going back to Kabinji in the future! Thank you!

at first I was hesitant to book here because there was only 1 review, but I decided to take the risk. I'm glad I took this risk because it's such a beautiful location, and Wayan and his wife are such friendly and accommodating people. the food they provided was delicious, and the location was perfect to escape the business of Bali. it's the perfect getaway if you're seeking time in nature and solitude. thank you Wayan you're a legend!

Ich war bereits 2 Tage in Bali und fühlte mich dort, wo ich war leider nicht wohl. Ich suchte nach einer neuen Unterkunft, die mich auf Anhieb ansprechen sollte, das war mein Plan. Ich wollte etwas Schönes für ein guten Preis. Plötzlich entdeckte ich die Tresna Bali Cooking Scool. Alles sprach mich an, die Beschreibung, die Bilder, die Umgebung. Zwar war es mehr als ich ausgeben wollte, doch ich buchte 4 Tage und habe noch 5 Tage verlängert. Das Holzhaus ist traumhaft schön, der Pool, der Ausblick, der Garten, die Beiden liebenswert. Ich nahm an dem Kochkurs teil und machte mit Adi auch eine Cleansing Ceremony. Sie haben sich sehr um mich bemüht und ich bedanke mich von Herzen, dass ich diese Zeit hier sein konnte. Es impresionante el lugar, mucho mejor que las fotos, llegamos lloviendo y de noche y ya nos encantó pero al levantarnos nos quedamos sin palabras, es un lugar que no se puede describir hay que verlo y vivirlo, sin duda alguna, es uno de los mejores alojamientos en los que he estado. Muy recomendable porque está a muy poca distancia de la bulliciosa Ubud pero en un lugar super relajante

Diana and his family were very hospitable and welcoming. I also booked the Mt Batur sunrise tour with him and had an incredible experience. He was so helpful with any minor problem I had, he helped solve it. Bear in mind - services like Grab aren’t available in the area, so be sure to plan your way of travel ahead of time. I would say it is a little difficult getting around the area without renting a bike. All in all, a great stay and id be happy to recommend Montana Villas for anyone who wishes to stay in Kintamani!
