Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Doni. Première étape de notre parenthèse de quelques mois à Bali. Nous nous sommes sentis chez nous très vite. Le bungalow est très agréable, clair, propre, beaucoup de charme. L’espace extérieur bien équipé. Sejoli est un havre de paix, les petites maisons toutes plus jolies les unes que les autres. Le personnel est adorable, très serviable. La localisation dans une ruelle à l’abri du bruit de la rue. Les Umalas un quartier que nous connaissions, calme, pas dans le feu de seminyak ou Canggu mais accessibles en taxi. Dans la rue qqs bons restaurants.

Our first trip to Bali and our first hotel stay - we could not have been more impressed with the hospitality and comfort we experienced at Umakayu! We stayed for five nights over the new year period. Putu & his team were amazing, informative and always willing to help. Nicole gave us some great recommendations for new year’s and advice for our travels around Bali after we checked out. The villa was cosy, authentic and felt very private. There was some construction around the area but this is the case throughout all of Bali and it didn’t bother us. The hotel is walking distance to Batu Bolong beach which we did several times as the traffic was quite heavy given the time of year. Overall we had a fantastic stay and we would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of staying in the Canggu area. Thank you guys so much!!

Loved staying at Caroline’s place! Very beautiful area, and very commutable to Ubud town via scooter. Host was very quick as responding to any questions about the Airbnb and vehicle recommendations. Very clean Airbnb, beds changed everyday and all amenities needed and as described! Highly recommended if you’re after a scenic stay away from the tourism of Bali with access to some beautiful spots and fun activities!

Well before I landed, Yuli messaged me and kept in contact with me throughout my entire stay in Bali. If I was ever in a pickle, she would come and help me with information galore. They would make breakfast or lunch (depending on what time you’d wake up) and I thoroughly enjoyed every dish. The staff were also incredible. From looking after the plants to looking after myself. I also rented a bike through Yuli it was very cheap.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft,wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Essen war sehr gut, das Frühstück hat super geschmeckt und zweimal hatten wir ein Buffet das sehr fein war! tolle Lage direkt am Meer,toller Pool und schöne Gartenanlage....super service und das Personal war sehr freundlich....

I have to agree 100% with all the previous reviews. Annie (Juliana) has gone above and beyond for us during our week stay in March. She is a little pocket rocket always on the go. The house is private, close to everything and Annie can drive you or provide transport options. Our breakfast was healthy, freshly cooked and just perfect. Nothing was ever too much trouble for Annie. She was flexible with our dietary needs, ensured our stay was comfy, regularly asking after our needs. We walked, and even rode the bicycles to nearby warungs. (Our fave was Warung Made down the road on the right before you get the beach. Great cook.) The bungalow is in the front of the large property, surrounded by a beautiful garden, birdlife and it is quiet although you are close to the main road. We had great sleep, loved the large shower and the pool was cool & large. There are also two very large bedrooms with large ensuites available in the main house for rent. Annie is a sweet, kind and great hostess

The villa was even more beautiful than in the photos. The room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable, and the pool was absolutely stunning, surrounded by lush nature. A perfect place to stay in Ubud. The food service was excellent, with delicious meals and exquisite breakfasts. But what truly made the experience special was the staff—always attentive, kind, and ready to help. Without a doubt, a place to return to and highly recommend! Beautiful traditional houses and incredible landscape and gardens. The hosts were so friendly and accommodating, it felt like being invited into a family. We only had a short time here traveling between other locations, but I would’ve chosen this as a long term spot if I had more time in the area! About 12 mins walk to the beach, or to the Perenanan strip if you want to be in the more busy commercial area. Hot shower, great lighting, strong AC, and quiet and private setting with only a few other guest houses so you can get to know your neighbors. The rice paddy field in front of the pool is quaint and overall it’s a tranquil area to relax.
