The house is spotless, very comfortable, and with everything you need to enjoy and have a good time. Spacious and illuminated, in a very quiet area. We pass divine! Jimena and Lourdes are very kind and attentive.

Very nice house. Everything super organized. The kitchen is complete with all utensils and appliances. There were bedding and towels, although it was not included in the listing. We recommend it!

First of all, I would like to express my gratitude for the extremely fast and effective communication from Santiago, who always tried to answer my questions and I also needed to reschedule the reservation dates and he was extremely empathetic and understood my problem. About the apartment, it's as fantastic as the listing. It has all the essentials in both the kitchen and bathroom, and the condominium has a great structure with a swimming pool and spaces for those who want to enjoy themselves with children. I recommend and will recommend to family and friends.

The apartment was just what we were looking for, something practical, in a good area, close to gastronomic and quiet areas. To accept our two cats was very important and they felt comfortable at all times. The equipment in the apartment is the necessary, nothing was missing. Despite belonging to an old building and not being so modern, the apartment manages to stand out with its decoration and details. The hosts were always available and in touch, being very friendly at all times, sharing the fair and accurate information for a better experience. We will definitely be back here!

The location is perfect if you’re an active beach lover. A lot of runable/walkable routes. Walking distance to cafes, shopping and a supermarket. Only issue I had was if you use the washing machine, there is a smell that is there perhaps of plumbing. The place is nice but could use some love. Bed is nice and firm. Anali was responsive and a great host.

Everything was excellent, we arrived and we had snacks to eat and drink, everything was super clean and tidy, the location and view were spectacular and the amenities of the place too, such as the pool, the cinema, the place was very friendly and always ready to help us. Just one thing to mention is the tap water, we couldn't use it for mate or coffee as it smelled bad, we bought salus water and used it for everything. After everything was impeccable, from the place, the host and the receptionists, we will return!

Fernando and Cecilia were great hosts. The apartment is very well located, clean and has everything you need. The showers could be better, but that didn't hurt the experience. Cecilia responds quickly and is always available to help. We would definitely return!

Luis and Joao were some of the best hosts I’ve ever met on Airbnb. They made this incredible stay even more incredible. Their home is a dream home - I couldn’t ask for anything better. There are already so few options on the Laguna in Santa Monica. Theirs is by far the most private. If you have a chance to stay here, don’t think twice. Book it right away.
