Rustic house right on the sand of the beach located on the suburbs of Rota norte, between El Puerto de Santa Maria and Chipiona. You will have the sea just a few seconds away and the sand at your feet, and will hear the sound of the waves from the bed. Costa de la Luz is known for it's amazing sunsets. Each day they have an unique and special light. It is located in a quiet area, just a few minutes away by car from Rota norte and Costa Ballena. It is essential to bring your own vehicle.

Wonderful duplex located in a palace from the year 1700, completely refurbished and situated in the heart of the historic centre. A few minutes away from the emblematic Mercado de Abastos and the Plaza del Cabildo. On the first floor there is a nice entrance hall, a pleasant living room with sofa-bed, 2 spacious double bedrooms and 2 large bathrooms, 1 en-suite. On the second floor there is another living room, kitchen-dining room, laundry room and guest toilet. Private terrace of 60 m2.

A beautiful villa to stay in. Exactly as described, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. We stayed as a group of six.. my wife and me, daughter and partner and two granddaughters. The accomodation was perfect for us. Beach directly opposite, a short walk to town with good selection of bars and restaurants. We stayed in this area to go to Motogp in Jerez, which was about a 40 minute drive. I would have no hesitation in recommending Diegos villa, superb experience from start to finish... Thank You.

Nos proporcionó toda la información que necesitábamos para hacer de nuestra estancia algo cómodo y sin complicaciones. El apartamento estaba impecable, muy bien cuidado y completamente equipado con todo lo que necesitábamos. La ubicación era perfecta, cerca de todas las atracciones principales pero en una zona tranquila. Definitivamente, recomendaríamos este lugar a cualquiera que busque una estancia agradable y sin preocupaciones. ¡Gracias por todo!"

Fabulous! The view from the spacious living room and bedroom was wonderful - tall palms jutting from a green oasis before Sanlúcar’s rooftops, sweeping beach and nature reserve. This apartment in a historic, beautifully restored building in the old town - just minutes from incredible bodegas - is highly recommended. A lovely calm space including well-equipped terrace and all amenities including a washing machine. It felt like airbnbs as they used to be - and one of the best - someone’s personally designed but not cluttered home, as opposed to the increasingly common ikea-identitikit. It’s worth staying a few days at least to savour sanlucar - a fabulous small town with a lot of history, outdoor delights and unique air infused in some places with manzanilla! (served in the great restaurants in the charming town square. Next time we will stay longer. Ps the lovely terrace entrance (just duck!) has views of the church cupola, nesting storks & rooftops plus a slice of sea.

Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnungen sind gut ausgestattet und hell. Die Nähe zum Atlantik ist toll. Die Gegend ist landwirtschaftlich geprägt und ursprünglich. Francisco ist ein sehr netter, aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Absolut empfehlenswert

If you are looking for some peace and tranquility but close to the town this is the place. Lovely location . Beautiful views and the place has everything you need.
