Vacation rentals with a sauna in Pulau Ujong

Had a great stay here even though there were some sounds coming from the aircond on and off but i was still able to sleep very well and rested enough. Would recommend to stay!

A great stay for the price - the place was clean; tv, air con, wifi, hairdryer worked well; beds, pillows, and blankets were clean and comfortable; filtered water is provided; and kitchen utensils were adequate. Curtains block out light well. There is a big gym with new equipment and a big swimming pool (bring your own gym towel / pool towel). Parking lot is airy and bright. Building felt safe as there is a security guard monitoring all visitors and cars. Walkable to CIQ (10min) and City Square mall (will need to walk in that direction for food as there aren't any eateries or restaurants in the immediate vicinity). Hosts were very responsive and helpful. Very minor bugbears were that the kitchen/dining table area got quite warm in the day as there is no fan/air con in that area; and no hand soap was provided. While the windows shut out a lot of sound, there can still be a fair bit of traffic noise coming in at times, would recommend ear plugs for sleeping if sensitive to noise.

A clean place. No distractions as the vibe is good. Calm vibes. Most importantly no noisy neighbors and no insense burning coming from neighbors. The peaceful vibes creates a conducive environment for focus and concentration.

Clean space. Easy to navigate and friendly owner. Easy to communicate with and even allowed us to extend check out to 12. Would repeat!!❤️

Beautiful apartment with large rooms and large comfortable beds. Every room comes with an ensuite bathroom, and bed was comfortable. Just that pillows a bit too soft. Great views on the highest floor. Dedicated parking lot given and close to lobby. Close by to eateries and great location. Overall, excellent experience.

really loved the aesthetic design, all the furnishings were well curated to the wood/beige theme. pity the water machine didnt work well. the next morning, no water dispensed out even though power was on. the bed was very comfortable. 5min drive to ksl. the swimming pool floor had a separate jacuzzi pool but i didnt know how to turn on the jacuzzi, cant find the button , and no signage at level 53 how to use it.

It's a comfortable home. There's a simple dryer, so it's easy to dry your laundry. It would be more perfect if there was a water purifier or a water purification filter, and there were some insects like ants, but the host resolved it immediately, and I think insects are unavoidable in tropical regions.

The apartment itself was spacious, offering a comfortable living area with modern furnishings. The facilities were impressive, including an infinity swimming pool, a fitness center, and a lush garden, which added to the relaxing trip.

My second time stayed at En Azrie’s unit. Truly comfy, clean, & convenient. I love it here in Medini Resident itself because it’s convenient for me to drive in & out to Singapore as it’s nearby the Tuas Checkpoint. In fact, En Azrie did an upgrade to his unit utensils in compared to what we have seen from our stayed last year. For those who with elderly or whom on wheelchair I highly recommend to go down to the basement parking lot more friendly accessible ☺️ Definitely a recommended stays which my family and I will surely booked again for any Singapore trip 😅

Overall it was a great location to stay and relatively peaceful except for the mornings when the construction for RTS train line commences at 8am. The overhead bridge that connects from CIQ to R&F Mall is generally a long 10min to 15min sheltered walk. Only key inconvenience is the temporary "decoupled" bridge that cuts under the future RTS train bridge requires you to go down a long flight of stairs up and down (2 storeys high) to reach either ends - more inconvenient for those carrying heavy or big luggage bags which happened to us 🫣🫩😰. Stay within Phase 1 building, the benefit is we are right above the mall. So walk to food and grocery (Jaya Grocer) is short. Since the mall is quite unoccupied with very few tenants / retail outlets, we can walk to City Square or Komtar easily for shopping options. Not too far walking distance to Jalan Dhoby for cafes and Hiap Joo banana cake shop for your F&B indulgence.

Tucked away in the Taman Molek residential area with lots of good food options nearby, Sylvia’s place is spacious, clean, and well-equipped. We had a very comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

Thank u so much my friends for making our stay just perfect! The house was fantastic n the care taken to make sure we were comfortable is just incredible. I'm super glad we found ur place n will certainly recommend this home to those visiting JB n looking for a large house to accommodate their large number of guests. Great value for money, great food nearby, n lots of local vibes like night market to look forward to. The biggest highlight for me personally was that the house had practically EVERYTHING a large group needed to keep themselves occupied. The care taken by the hosts and the attention to detail, putting themselves in guests shoes was really, next level. Cannot ask for anything more honestly. Anyone, who leaves a negative review or anything lesser then 5 stars, clearly is a rather fussy person and better off booking a hotel instead of an airbnb. The apartment is within walking distance to eating places and supermarket in the area. The apartment overall is well worth it.
