PorchDays Lake house is PERFECT! The House & surroundings: better than described. Fully stocked with essentials you didn't know you needed or definitely forgotten! It's beautifully presented, extremely well thought out, loads to do to cater to all ages and interests. We were a family of 11 (5 adults aged between 81-40 and 6 children aged between 12 - 3 yrs old). My whole family had a great time on the lake, even the 81 yr old went kayaking. The Host: Jill was an excellent host. Thoughtful and timely communication before and during our stay. Tip: 1) Do not do a food/necessities shop until you've been to the house! 2) If you're trip involves going to other places, if you can end here, you won't be disappointed. We all definitely recommend this lake house.

We had a great stay at Claytor Lake. Check-in was clear and a breeze. House had everything we needed and you can’t beat the location and dock availability. Easy communication with owner/proprietor. This is a home for relaxing and family fun. Access to water floats in the outdoor closet was helpful (we tried to leave a few). Only hiccup was the 81-degree house upon arrival in July but we were able to lower the temp and after a few hours the temperature came down.

Our family of 12 just spent an amazing Thanksgiving here. It was plenty big enough for all of us to spread out. In fact, it is bigger than it seems in the pictures. Even though it’s November we thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor deck and the dock. We took our Christmas card picture with the beautiful scenery behind us. I highly recommend this house - it has everything you could want!

Stayed here for a golf trip at courses in Riner and Draper - perfect location and easy access to both the courses and nearby restaurants/bars/grocery stores. Susan was incredibly communicative and was proactive in ensuring we were comfortable and that we understood the intricacies of the home. Highly recommend!

Was basically a perfect stay in almost every way. Beds and rooms were great. Has all the knickknacks you would expect at a top-rated Airbnb. Backyard could use a bit more privacy (there are fences, but everything is see-through), but its a quiet neighborhood so it won't bother most people. House was surprisingly is a bit simple and economical from the outside, but the inside is top notch. The fact that everything is on one floor makes it very convenient for unpacking etc. Very easy to check in and out. Host was refreshingly not of the hovering, overly communicative style, which is something I appreciate. Overall, I don't its possible to do better than this place, if this is what you are looking for.

Talk about an airbnb that delivers! We stay at many airbnbs throughout the country and found Lazy Daze to be perfect on every level. The attention to detail -- in the choices of furnishings, kitchen appliances, linens, lighting, furniture, grill, accessories, decor, speaker systems, etc. -- was so notable. Nothing was overlooked. The kitchen was perfectly stocked for all the best appliances, cookware, utensils, gadgets, knives, etc. The beds were extremely comfortable and the linens super soft. The house was pristine in terms of cleanliness. The spaces for hanging out were well furnished and thoughtful - especially the porch. Well done, Tim and Melissa! And, thank you.
