Has a fire pit and plenty of parking in the back. Closest public boat ramp is approximately 3.5 miles away on Ramp Road a very quick drive from the property. Charming & Secluded Farm House

Get away from it all but be surprisingly close to town in this recently renovated farmhouse located at the entrance of our 100 acre former apple orchard. Surrounded by woods on a graveled farm road the Hill House features two bedrooms with queen size beds and a futon couch as well. We have Wi-Fi and a new 65” smart tv. Outdoor entertaining is a priority and we have a screened in porch, an adjacent fire pit, and a large open carport with grill.

The majority of the home is lined in cedar. The main level holds a full size bathroom with a washer and dryer, a bedroom with a queen size bed, kitchen, and living area that has plenty of floor space for you to bring an additional air mattress. Deck access is off the living area. A set of stairs takes you to the loft that holds a king bed and has access to a small Juliet deck that faces the front of the property.
