The top bunk is for light-weight persons only & because this is a working farm, the flat is not suitable for unattended children.

Waikotare is situated a short 10 minute drive from the airport and central Kerikeri. Relax in peaceful surroundings, with a waterfall, river and abundant bird life. Waikotare is an ideal 'Home' base to visit the Bay of Islands and beyond - or corporate traveller. The Captains Quarters

The Captains Quarters is a private studio based in the heart of Pukenui, with a modern bathroom and kitchenette. The studio is attached to the owners main house, but has own separate parking, balcony and entrance way. 5 minutes walk to local shops, 10-20 minute drive to stunning Rarawa Beach, Henderson Bay and 90 Mile Beach, 1 hour to Cape Reinga and 40 minutes back to Kaitaia.
