Thank you Amaury for your welcome, we all had a great stay in your beautiful home for the new year... everything was there: exceptional place, welcoming, warm, the fireplace on arrival, the owner's attention always helpful, responsive and very discreet, very appreciated by all! Perfect accommodation, we had a very cozy evening at home watching movies on the couch with this fun and colorful decor. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen functional. There's even a small terrace that looked nice even though we didn't have time to enjoy it. The value was great, we will be back with pleasure! (Small note if you are light-sensitive in the morning, the shutters are insufficient, thankfully I had thought of taking masks.)

the stay in Marin's house was short (too) but very nice. the tastefully renovated house was very nice to gather with family. the kitchen is perfectly equipped, nothing was missing... the living room is spacious with high ceilings which added to the charm of a personalized and tasteful decor. it will be even more pleasant to stay with young children when the 2nd bathroom is finished. thank you to Marin for allowing us to arrive earlier on Friday afternoon and leave later on Sunday...it was very accommodating. we highly recommend this beautiful house and its pleasant garden, peaceful and in a bucolic environment. our kids are already thinking about coming back... Thank you for everything Marin.

I had a great time at Jean-Luc's house with my 9 friends. The house is beautiful, very well located (all shops on foot), a very pleasant garden that we enjoyed under the beautiful sun of this weekend. Jean-Luc is a very attentive and responsive host, who answered our many questions quickly and kindly. I'll be happy to come back with family or friends.

We loved our stay at sylvaine’s. She was a lovely and very flexible host, allowing us to have an early check in and late checkout. Her place is also the perfect location in giverny, it is 5 mins walk from monets house and restaurants but not too close as to lose the peaceful environment of the countryside! She is great at responding and even has pamphlets for what’s on in the village. Really great experience and we would recommend!

We had a great weekend for our friend's bachelorette party at Fabienne's. The place is beautiful, quiet, surrounded by nature, perfect for meeting with friends. The pool and garden were clearly unanimous! Fabienne was lovely and very available, everything went really well. Thank you again for hosting us!

We had a wonderful week at Delphine's in August. The house is set in beautiful grounds and the views over the peaceful countryside were wonderful, especially in the late afternoon with the sunset. We enjoyed using the covered pool, even when raining, and the pool house has a fridge and toilet which meant with young children we didn't need to walk back up the hill path to the main house. The tennis court and basketball net were also was a big hit and she provided lots of balls and rackets to keep everyone entertained. There is a lovely boulangerie in Chambray, and big supermarket nearby in Vernon, and the location is great for taking day trips to the coast and surrounding towns. Check in and check out was smooth with the friendly Martine showing us around the house and providing all the details, even using a translation app so we could communicate and understand each other well. It really was the perfect week for relaxing and switching off for a while.

What a lovely home from home for our week in France! We brought two ten year old girls who loved playing in the large garden and bouncing on the trampoline (while we enjoyed shooting hoops!), and we all loved saying hello to the various animals and Plume the dog. The apartment was lovely, warm and welcoming and the kitchen very well equipped. It really was a lovely space to spend time in, and if the weather had been warmer we would have been sitting out on the terrace too! The owners, Jean-François and Martine were always so friendly, warm and helpful, and we really appreciated the delicious home made jam and eggs! Lidl is a short drive away for everyday essentials, as is the train station for easy trips to both Paris and Rouen. We didn't use the bikes unfortunately due to my hip injury, but enjoyed exploring the area and I can definitely recommend Biotropica for a great day out for all ages! Thanks for a wonderful visit
