The West Wing

Quiet rural setting overlooking the Mahurangi River ,Te Kapa inlet and farmland .Lots of native bush and wild bird life . Matakana area has wineries ,restaurants ,art galleries ,beaches ,regional parks and a farmers market . As it is West facing we are often treated to spectacular sunsets. The apartment is spacious with a sitting room and is separated from the main house by a double garage . Suitable for wheelchair users . We are down a 2 km gravel road but the views are worth the drive.

Views and convenience at Snells Beach.

Our space is great for travellers who enjoy wineries, cafes, beaches, walks, a boutique cinema, Matakana market on Saturdays, Morris and James pottery and the variety of places to visit and explore within easy distance. Nearby is the ferry for a day at Kawau Island. The downstairs studio is private but we are close by and pleased to help and chat if you choose. Warkworth has large grocery stores and shopping but we have an adequate shopping centre and local pub within walking distance.

Near new property under our home, wicked sea views and lots of garden, 2 mins from the beach walking, to shops, bars and cafe's. Wheel chair accessible. Come and stay in our stylish 1950s bach with one of the best views in Piha. Set back from the road, the house feels wonderfully isolated as it sits level with the tree-tops.
