Our stay was 4 nights for a family of 7 people, there were single beds for 6 people and mats for any extra. The apartment had all the amenities: water, heater, stove, refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, basic kitchen utensils, sheets, towels, pool chairs, wine cellar, etc. It's important to note that there was a TV but no cable service, and there is WiFi but it's not high speed, which would be a great plus to have. The pool is great, always at a warm temperature, I guess it has a temperature regulation system, very nice. The surveillance is constant and very efficient, two parking spaces. The service of the person in charge of the apartment is very good.

Cozy and beautiful property. The apartment has everything you need for your vacation home. Beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are clean and renovated. Kitchen is equipped with all utensils and dishes to cook. Gorgeous view from the patio. I really enjoyed the place and I do recommend it for your next vacation!

Due to circumstances we could not stay at the accommodation, but Jose was a very friendly person and the place was very nice. I recommend it.

Our stay was fantastic! From the warm welcome (where we were greeted with a welcome gift) to the last day, everything was handled with care and attention. The house is spacious, clean, has very comfortable rooms and a terrace that offers a breathtaking view of the canals of Lechería. Mr. Jhonathan, very attentive and courteous, met all our needs, making sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. We can't wait to return!!! Thank you🤩

Monica took me out of an emergency in the early morning (12am), allowed me to stay in her apartment with my family, she responded despite not being a due time and we finalized the stay very quickly, I appreciate the trust she had. In addition to that the apartment was impeccable I was very pleased, she made available basic items necessary for the guest such as soap, shampoo, coffee, Sugar, Salt, Oral Enjuague, washing detergent, paper, drinking water and she was always attentive to her and her husband, even helped us in a problem that was presented to us with the car. This is why I definitely recommend this place to the community.

Gustavo's apartment is awesome. Everything was spotless and clean. The site is extremely quiet and cozy. The view is beautiful. The condominium is right next to the canals. It is ideal for a vacation. There is a Gourmet restaurant area recommended by the host and the best thing is that you can walk only 5 minutes away. I would definitely stay again.
