Increíble! Apartamento cómodo y de los mejores en los que hemos alojado en la zona de La Manga. UNAS VISTAS IMPRESIONANTES en una urbanización super tranquila, muy cómoda por el tema de la facilidad de aparcamiento cerca del mismo edificio. El apartamento está bastante reformado, limpio y sobre todo bien equipado . La propietaria Irina super atenta y el Dmitriy disponible todo el momento para solucionar cualquier duda. Un 10 sobre 10! Volveremos a repetir sin dudas!

Perfect Holiday The place is spectacular, with a fantastic view from the balcony to Mar Menor the Pool and the palm trees The double terrace is on of the best option that the place can offer to the visitors. It allows you to spend all your time outside under the fresh "salty" air. Pool is well maintained surrounded by grass which is a perfect opportunity when you are travelling with children Small playground always available for a little play as well as the Padel court upon booking ( free of charge just need to book in advance) The place has its own padel rockets and balls so you wont need to worry about that either Small restaurants just outside the place as well as a grocery store just a few steps away from the entrance (okay prices especially on beers :) Every Saturday local market just behind the supermarket ( fruits vegetables and gifts are avaliable) Place that really values the money we paid for

Our stay in La Manga was absolutely incredible, all thanks to Paul. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The apartment is perfectly situated, just a short walk from the most beautiful beaches in the area. Paul was an outstanding host. He greeted us warmly and provided us with fantastic recommendations for local spots, including the best beaches, restaurants, and activities. His local knowledge truly enhanced our experience. The apartment itself was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. We particularly loved the balcony with its stunning sea views – it was the perfect spot to relax after a day at the beach. The amenities provided were top-notch, making our stay even more enjoyable. The proximity to the beaches was the highlight of our trip. We spent our days lounging on the sandy shores, swimming in the crystal-clear waters, and exploring the coastline. It was paradise! I highly recommend staying at Paul’s place if you’re planning a trip to La Manga.

todo perfecto , limpieza, ubicación , vistas fantásticas desde el jardín piscina. terraza del apartamento con acceso directo al jardín y piscina. horario de entrada y salida super flexible. Pauline, super atenta en todo momento . repetiremos al año que viene sin duda .

Estuvimos 15 días estupendamente. Apartamento muy bonito con vistas espectaculares a los 2 mares. Bien dotado utensilios cocina, electrodomésticos, aire acondicionado centralizado... En resumen, estancia maravillosa.

Muy buen piso, muy limpio, correspondían las fotos con la realidad, totalmente nuevo, muy bien equipado,… Un lujo. La única “pega”, que no tiene microondas, no lo sabíamos y al ir con niños nos trastocó un poco, pero todo lo demás perfecto. La cama y el sofá cama muy cómodos, todo muy bien equipado de mobiliario, utensilios de cocina, vajilla, cristalería, útiles básicos,… Además, mucha agilidad de comunicación y facilidades para entrar y salir. Repetiríamos sin dudar

The house was absolutely amazing. Great facilities, clean, spacious, beautiful front porch with direct access to the very calm beach (Mar Menor). Always a beautiful sunset by the end of the day. 50 meters from the Mar Maior (Mediterranean) beach both beaches with calm water and water temperature for sure above 30 degrees in the Mar Menor.
