This lovely home is located in the charming neighborhood of El Terreno, within walking distance of Palma City. You'll enjoy privacy and plenty of space with two terraces, two patios, and several relaxing areas. Lovely house with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, pool,jacuzzi, air aconditioned, barbaque,heating, wifi, really nice decorated and really good located in the near of the beach and the restaurants , and in Palma , bus stop only 30 meters away. You dont need a car if you dont want to rent one. Really nice restaurants and beaches in the near. We have a room outside the house where you can leave your luggage in case you have an early flight on arrival or a late fight on departure.

Our beautiful house is located in a very interesting and trendy area of Palma: El Terreno. It has excellent proximity to attractions and very good bars and restaurants. It is a 15 min walk into town center (cathedral....) and a 5 min walk to the marina. In the Marina you will find many good restaurants and if you want, you will have also a lot of pubs and discotheques.
