Con una temperatura media de 23 grados, en Gran Canaria vivimos en una eterna primavera. Mi apartamento ‘VIDA’ está a solo 150 metros de la Playa del Cura, a 10 minutos de la Playa de Tauro y a 15 de la Playa de Amadores. La ubicación, la tranquilidad y la facilidad de los accesos es lo que caracteriza a ‘VIDA’. Parada de taxi, autobús, supermercado, tiendas y restaurantes de diferentes temáticas están a tan solo 3 minutos de ‘VIDA’. Por qué ‘VIDA’? Porque sólo hay una y la tenemos que vivir!

A wonderfully designed,2-bedroom and 2-bathroom apartment is waiting for couples and families in the heart of Mogan.The apartment is not only generous with its huge kitchen and living room area, but also gives privacy with its spacious bedrooms (one with a walk-in bathroom) and terrace with side view to the ocean. Free internet,babycot,children's bed is also available on site.The recently built complex is fully accessible for people with disabilities and has a parking space within the building.

Casa Azul - Willkommen im Hühnerhaus

Früher stand hier mal der Hühnerstall. Davon ist aber so gut wie nichts mehr zu sehen. Durch die Felswände entsteht ein angenehmes Mikroklima und die großen Fenster lassen viel Licht herein und bieten zudem einen Blick auf den Hang. Auf der Terrasse lässt es sich entspannen und nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag wartet die Regendusche in der Wohlfühloase. Mit dem Auto lässt sich zudem auch schnell einmal der „Chip“ wechseln. 15 Minuten bis zum Strand, 25 bis nach Las Palmas und 30 bis in den Süden.

The apartment is located in the La Venecia area and has two rooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. The living room and kitchen is open plan with a balcony overlooking the street and square. There is a sofa bed in the living room. The bedroom has a king size double bed which can be made into two single beds if requested. There is a second small balcony in the bedroom overlooking a garden. There is also a 40 sqm private roof terrace with sun beds, shower, outdoor kitchen and a large table with chairs.

Der spektakuläre Blick ins Tal (Barranco de Anzoe) aufs Meer bis zum Teide auf Teneriffa ist kaum zu übertreffen. Die ca 45 m2 große Höhle mit Anbau ist über 100 Jahre alt und wurde im Sommer 2022 zu neuem Leben erweckt und liebevoll als Ferienwohnung renoviert. Die komfortable Ausstattung lässt FAST keine Wünsche offen (Achtung WLAN vorhanden, KEIN TV!! ;-)
