This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. This house consists of 2 floors, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living room with a sofa bed, kitchen, hot tub and 2 fireplaces for BBQ. It's set up as a 6+2 place meaning it can take 8 people. It's a part of a Villa complex "Fjera", that consists of 2 houses. The whole complex can be rented at the same time over our profile as well. Centre of Pučišća, including the market, post office, bus station and pharmacy is on a 5 min walk distance. Beach is on a 300 meters distance.
