Private newly built house with separate entrance located in close proximity to our own home. The property is located in a quiet residential area with proximity to swimming and nature. Access to our pier about 100 metres from the property. (Note the jetty took a lot of ironing during the winter of 2023-2024) better to go to the beach.) Parking for 1 car in connection with the accommodation. Free parking about 100 meters away. 8 km to Norrköping city centre. We prefer you to clean. If you want to hire us for cleaning, it costs SEK 700.

There is a 120 bed, a sofa bed and a kitchenette (portable stove top) table and chairs for three as well as a new and fresh bathroom with shower. On the property, there is a trampoline to borrow to any children. Playground 50 m from the house and 15 min to the city center. 10 min from the central station and beautiful Folkpark. The area is k-marked and the houses are close to each other, our entrance is right next door and we share the plot.

Gammelgården is located 5 km north of Finspång. The cottage is newly built in the old style with moon windows, crystal crown and luxurious bedding. Sea view and spit down to City Lake, we have a small rowing boat for guests. Loans of bicycles for lovely bike rides and loan of golf clubs, Finspång has 27 hole course with pay and play. We (Ingrid and Bill and the cats Tussilago and Pantufa )are staying on the farm in an old house from the 1750s with separate entrance and parking.
