Newly built, modern guesthouse in a cozy neighborhood with modern and nice material choices. The house is in a quiet location in the upper part of scenic Svärtinge. Here you live next door to the forest, several fishing and swimming lakes as well as a short drive to downtown Norrköping, Finspång and E4. Fully equipped residence with hall, bathroom, kitchen, common room and bedroom. For your information, during the summer of 2026, we will be making landscaping improvements on our property, but nothing that will affect access to the home. Warm welcome !

An ideal accommodation for two adults who appreciate that little extra.

Affordable accommodation in quiet residential neighborhood in Klingsberg. The property is a furnished basement with its own entrance. Ideal if you're working or studying. Kitchenette with two stove tops, microwave and coffeemaker. Washing machine and dryer. Parking on site. From the accommodation you walk in approximately 10 minutes to the city centre. To the travel center you get with bus or tram. A stretch of around 20 minutes. To the university it's around 20 min walk. Linen and towel included.

You'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay - a bathroom with a shower, and a small kitchen including an oven, hob, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. You can park your car right next to the guest house. A few minutes walk takes you to the nature reserve with hiking routes and a small lake. 15 minutes by car from Norrköping, close to the main road. Unfortunately we can't accept dogs due to a dog allergy.

Welcome to our guest house where you can enjoy free time. The house is secluded on our property with Bråviken right outside the window. If you want to borrow a kayak or canoe, that's fine. You are also welcome to borrow our wood-fired sauna on the jetty. From there, you can then take a dip in Bråviken. To Åby it is 3 km and to the Central Station in Norrköping it is 7 km.
