Pasquale war wirklich sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Er hat uns jede Frage sofort beantwortet und konnte uns bei allen Anliegen helfen. Der Check-in & Check-out war unkompliziert und die Nähe zum Strand war für uns wirklich das Highlight. Man sollte wissen, dass die Unterkunft eher für zwei Personen geeignet ist und für drei doch etwas wenig Platz bietet (und nicht ausreichend Besteck, Stühle, etc) aber für uns beide war es mehr als ausreichend. Das Wasser lief super, WLAN hat hervorragend funktioniert, alles wichtige war in der Nähe (Einkaufen, Apotheke, ..). Das einzig wünschenswerte wäre eine Klimaanlage, da der Deckenventilator für die Personen, die das Klima nicht gewöhnt sind, möglicherweise nicht ausreichend ist. Wir würden jeder Zeit wiederkommen und haben unsere Zeit in Tropea bei Pasquale sehr genossen.

Very clean and well equipped apartment in short walking distance to the old town of Tropea and to the beach. The highlight is the terrace with an incomparable sea view, on a clear day you can see the Stromboli volcano and the sundown is fantastic.

Appartamento con una vista stupenda su Tropea , Stromboli e sul bellissimo mare. Super consigliato per chi come noi cerca tranquillità e paesaggio. Una villa super curata nei minimi dettagli. Piscina molto carina. Marcello e‘ una persona disponibile e gentile. L’appartamento è molto semplice. Consiglio di portare detersivo piatti, carta igienica e acqua.

An excellent apartment in a friendly and genuine village … We’ve just returned from a superb holiday in the village of Santa Domenica. What a great apartment. Spacious and well equipped, super clean, with a decent balcony and pool with a sun bathing area. No negatives for us at all. Everything we needed food wise was in the village ; a couple of supermarkets, a really good food/bric a brac market on Mondays, a bakery, fishmonger (that serves meals also), cafe/bars, 4/5 restaurants (Il Casale was our favourite). We used Santa Domenica as a base for a few days out to Pizzo and Scilla (both beautiful and, we thought, easily as nice as Tropea. A number of beaches are accessible from Santa Domenica but these involve walks which aren’t always easy when it’s 30+ degrees. And our host ? Teresa was ace. Picked us up from the Railway Station, gave us loads of decent recommendations and responded immediately to any questions we had. A great holiday !

Super accueil. Le pot d’accueil était vraiment très sympathique. Rita Stella et son mari sont vraiment des hôtes charmants et accueillants. Le logement est propre, fonctionnel et calme. L’emplacement central, nous a permis d’aller vers la mer ionienne et la mer Tyrrhénienne, ainsi que pousser jusqu’à Reggio de Calabria.

A perfect summer appartment with everything you need, in a beautiful location. Everything was absolutely perfect and Giovanni is truly the kindest person ever :)

Excelente ubicación en el centro histórico. Perfecta comunicación con Francesco, un anfitrión muy amable y dispuesto... hasta para llevarnos a pasear! El apartamento es como se ve en las fotos. Lo recomendamos!

Big and beautiful Apartment in Perfect Position

Alles wie beschrieben. Domenico hat direkt auf Rückfragen reagiert und war auch direkt zur Stelle als wir seine Hilfe benötigt haben. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man benötigt und die Lage ist auch top. Können es also wirklich empfehlen.

Io ed il mio gruppo di amici abbiamo passato il capodanno in questa struttura. Al check in abbiamo incontrato e conosciuto la signora Stella, disponibile e solare. La nostra breve permanenza è stata più che piacevole e non avremo esitazioni a ritornarci.

Die Wohnung von Adriano überwältigt schon durch ihre Lage: Blick vom Schlafzimmer aus auf die isola madre, wunderschöne Terrasse mit Blick zum Ende der beiden Strände hin und aufs Meer hinaus, wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge...Manchmal mussten wir uns richtig losreissen, um ins Städtchen oder an den Strand zu gehen. In der Wohnung hatten wir alles, was wir brauchten. Adriano war supernett: da unser Zug grosse Verspätung hatte, holte er uns direkt an der statione ab und trug mir den schweren Koffer zur Wohnung hinab. Auch sonst erhielt ich sofort Antwort, wenn ich Fragen hatte und er buchte das Taxi für uns. Wir können die Wohnung und Adrianos Freundlichkeit nur empfehlen!

Wonderful location - private, serene, and gorgeous. Philip and Antonia were lovely hosts, they took care to provide lots of recommendations and explain the house. The house itself is beautiful and had all the necessities for us to stay in and cook for the week, especially using the sweet local red onions! The view is incredible and the private beach was our daily exercise - we loved it! We'll be back!

Vorrei evitare di dire quanto ci siamo trovati bene e quanto Romana sia stata molto accogliente e disponibile perché sicuramente facendolo troveremo sempre occupato questo alloggio e non potremo usufruirne come vorremmo. Ma è inevitabile farlo perché è stato tutto perfetto e corrispondente alla descrizione ... Addirittura ci ha fatto trovare un benvenuto con stuzzicherie varie , dolcetti etc ...ben accetto perché avevamo fatto tanta strada in moto . Grazie ancora e a presto

Die Unterkunft in Santa Maria ist sehr empfehlenswert: Die Wohnung ist zweckmässig eingerichtet und der Garten ist romantisch. Man hört das Meer-Rauschen und zum Strand ist es nur ein kurzer Spaziergang. Anna ist eine warme und hilfsbereite Persönlichkeit. Sie reagiert sofort und half uns auch bei einer abendlichen Lärmbelästigung noch sehr. Kurzum: Bei einem Besuch an der Costa degli Dei ist das Haus in Santa Maria eine super Adresse - wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Herzlichen Dank, Anna, für alles!

Der Empfang war sehr herzlich. Die Gastgeber haben sich viel Mühe gegeben den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen.

Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu u Salvatore. Apartament jak i cały obiekt był ładny, zadbany, wyremontowany i bardzo czysty. Nie brakowało nam niczego. Salvatore i Noemi byli bardzo przyjaźni i pomocni. Polecili najlepsze plaże i restauracje. Załatwili nam również wycieczkę na wyspy Liparyjskie. Komunikacja z Salvatore była bardzo dobra, szybko udzielał odpowiedzi na każde pytanie, a jak mieliśmy mały problem to równie szybko został on rozwiązany. Bardzo polecamy to miejsce! ☺️☺️☺️

Siamo rimasti pienamente soddisfatti del soggiorno . Un bell’appartamento tranquillo e silenzioso nel verde, richieste accontentate per quanto riguarda la presa in prestito di utensili da cucina che l’host ci ha gentilmente dato, comodità della posizione per raggiungere Tropea e dintorni (ovviamente con la macchina, dato che la casa affaccia sulla statale). Host gentile, cordiale e sempre disponibile e reperibile. Vivamente consigliato

Luca es un excelente anfitrión, amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar! desde el principio nos dio una guía de todos los lugares de interés. El piso es como en las fotos, es fresquito y cuando hace demasiada calor cuenta con aire acondicionado portatil (funciona bien) cuenta con una enorme terraza! Tiene todo lo que necesitas! la Estación de Ricadi está a 20 Min a pie. La playa de Groticelli a 5 min, Tropea a 15 min (todo en coche) Todo fue muy hermoso, las playas en general son una maravilla y desde luego repetiremos. Gracias Luca :)

Luigi und Teresa waren immer schnell erreichbar, wenn wir Fragen oder Probleme hatten. Teresa war sehr nett und hilfsbereit und hat uns noch gute Ratschläge für die Umgebung gegeben und uns geholfen wenn wir fragen hatten. Die Unterkunft selber war gut für den Preis. Sie war sauber und hatte alles was man braucht.

Absolutely recommend this lovely, spacious and spotless apartment! Would have gladly stayed for longer. Excellent value for money. The location was optimal - a five minute walk to the historic center, but away from the crowds and noise. All you really hear is birdsong and the occasional chatter from the neighbors. There are many grocery stores nearby, and a great pasticceria around the corner with the most delicious croissants. I felt very safe as a solo female traveller. The apartment remained pretty cool even on warm days. The AC unit is in the bedroom and worked great. From the bathroom window you'll see a sliver of the sea. And the cutest neighborhood cats! The bed does need to be changed as it caves in, however I slept quite well once I changed the high profile pillow to a lower one from the closet. This is the only downside to the apartment. I had the opportunity to meet and have a nice chat with Giovanni, who was the most courteous and lovely person. Grazie di cuore!

We had a fabulous stay in this fantastic appartment. the place itself is super spacious, Bright, clean, with an amazing sunset view on Stromboli, much better equipped (kitchen and bathroom) than most places we had stayed before, at a walking distance from all the best city spots (beaches, restaurants, train station..). Giacomo and the team was super flexible, welcoming and helpful, very reactive at any time. we would love to come back!

Une arrivée très facile, appartement propre et l’hôte a répondu à nos questions. Je suggère grandement d’avoir une voiture, car plus facile de visiter les alentours, faire la lessive et l’épicerie. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la tranquillité des lieux et l’air climatisé.

Die Wegbeschreibung von Anna war sehr gut, trotzdem mussten wir ein bisschen suchen, um das richtige Haus zu finden - das lag aber nicht an der Gastgeberin, sondern an uns und an der etwas verwirrenden Benennung der Straßen in diesem Teil von Pizzo. Die Wohnung ist groß, war sehr sauber und genau so, wie sie beschrieben war. Und die Aussicht aufs Meer von den beiden Terrassen ist schlicht priceless. Wer einmal gesehen hat, wie sich der Stromboli vor der untergehenden Abendsonne abzeichnet und dabei kleine Rauchwölkchen ausstößt, der vergisst das nicht mehr. Die Kommunikation mit Anna war schnell, zuverlässig und professionell. Wir hatten zwei wirklich tolle Wochen in Annas Wohnung in Pizzo. Und vielleicht wären diese zwei Wochen noch ein bisschen toller gewesen, wenn es für die große Terrasse ein oder zwei Sonnenliegen gegeben hätte - aber das ist auch der einzige, wirklich winzige Kritikpunkt. Deswegen: Vielen Dank, Anna. Wir würden die Wohnung wieder mieten. :)

Está en una zona hermosa, muy bien ubicado, a solo 10 min de la estación de tren. Es el casco histórico, hay movimiento todo el tiempo. Y a 3 min tienes las escaleras para ir a la playa. El departamento es amplio, está dividido en dos pisos, en el primero tiene el hall de entrada y una habitación, arriba el baño, cocina, comedor y un sillón que se hace cama. Una consideración, el Aire acondicionado solo está en la planta alta, por lo cual en nuestro caso al tener tanto calor decidimos dormir en el sillón y estuvimos perfectos de esta forma. Recomendable sin dudas!
