Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Province of Vibo Valentia

Mycket trevlig hus 4 minuter med bil till ett av Italiens vackraste stränder och 15 minuter till fina Tropea byn. Huset ligger även bara några steg ifrån ett underbart utsikt till havet. Huset stämmer bra med beskrivningen och trädgården är husets hjärta , där tillbringade jag och mina vänner, 8 personer totalt, många trevliga timmar tillsammans. Rekomderas. Vi fick oturligt lite problem med elen och AC första dagen, men ägarna var snabba och hjälpte oss .

Giuseppe Haus hat einen ganz besonderen Flair. Die Ausstattung (Fenster, Böden, Küche, ...) ist hochwertig und stilvoll. Der Garten mit Sitzmöglichkeuten und Grill ist gepflegt und wir haben es sehr genossen, die verschiedenen Zitrusfrüchte zu probieren. Da wir mit dem Flugzeug (und Mietwagen) angereist sind, war es sehr hilfreich, dass.nicht nur Bettwäsche und Handtücher sondern auch ein paar Grundnahrungsmittel (Öl, Essig, Salz, Zucker, ...) vorhanden waren. Sogar Wein und Kekse standen zur Begrüßung bereit. Die Lage an der Straße war kein Problem. Fußläufig kommt man gut an die Marina und auch hoch in den Ort an die Piazza... zum Supermarkt sind wir wenige Minuten mit dem Auto gefahren. Wir können diese Umterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

If only I could've stayed longer in Dinami! Francesca and her mother were so kind, helpful, and welcoming- the perfect hosts and the definition of hospitality. The space is even more beautiful in person with lovely artwork on the walls. And just up the street you can look out over Dinami and the mountains. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

La maison est spacieuse et confortable, idéalement située au coeur de la vieille ville, dans un écrin de verdure. Très calme. Francesca nous a très bien accueilli. Nous avons passé un séjour agréable.

È stata una vacanza meravigliosa, oltre le nostre aspettative. La vista incantevole e la spiaggia ad uso quasi esclusivo a ferragosto non hanno prezzo. La scala di accesso alla spiaggia è abbastanza comoda, gli spazi esterni della villa sovrastano mare e cielo. Gli spazi interni sono comodi per accogliere più famiglie grazie anche alla presenza di quattro bagni. Qualche accorgimento in più sugli arredi garantirebbero alla dimora l’eccellenza a cinque stelle. Basterebbe davvero poco.

Alloggio estremamente moderno e funzionale, con aria condizionata e dal design elegante. L’host è molto premuroso, sempre presente e reattivo, pronto a intervenire per ogni necessità. L’unico minus è la posizione un po’ fuori mano e la presenza di formiche nel patio. A pochi passi da casa c’è la spiaggia di Joppolo, che tuttavia è sassosa, ma con la macchina è possibile raggiungere la marina di Nicotera (a soli dieci minuti). Con trenta minuti di auto si può arrivare invece alle spiagge di Capo Vaticano e Tropea, che sono la punta di diamante della costa degli dei. Molto gradita la possibilità di parcheggiare l’auto all’interno del cortile dell’alloggio (protetto da cancello). Grazie Rocco 🩵

Lina war zu jeder Zeit sehr hilfsbereit. Wir bekamen viele gute Tipps von ihr. Herzlichen Dank dafür! Unzählige, abwechslungsreiche Strände und Buchten genossen wir, ebenso wie herrliche Ausflüge nach Tropea, Pizzo und Scilla. Die Terrasse des Hauses ist auch bei leichtem Regen schön, die Sicht zum fernen Meer hübsch. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft für Reiselustige sehr:)

Appartamento spazioso e luminoso, pulitissimo, in pieno centro. Ottimi wi-fi ed aria condizionata. La cucina é grande e comoda. La camera da letto si trova sopra ad un ristorante, quindi si sentono rumori fino alle 23-mezzanotte, ma noi siamo comunque riusciti a dormire bene ed é inevitabile per un appartamento in centro! Se si arriva in macchina: ci sono posteggi bianchi (quindi gratuiti) lungo le strade fuori dalla ZTL, basta girare un po‘ e lo si trova. Le molte spiagge di Tropea sono bellissime e raggiungibili a piedi dall‘appartamento. Dovessi tornare a Tropea alloggerei sicuramente ancora in questo appartamento!

l'alloggio ha soddisfatto i miei requisiti: a piedi in spiaggia (4 minuti in piano a piedi), spiaggia pubblica sabbiosa e poco affollata (molto lunga e larga, ultime due di luglio con zone "deserte", anche se ci sono 2/3 lidi), mare bello (acqua tiepida e pulita come a tropea o a zambrone) parcheggio comodo (di fianco all'appartamento), letti comodi e spazio esterno per lasciare le cose del mare. comunicazione ottima con il proprietario. rapporto qualità/prezzo (visto i prezzi del preriodo) ragionevole. migliorabile? come in molti casi, un pò di attenzione al mobilio e alle attrezzature (stoviglie..) renderebbe l'ambiente più curato e funzionale. Unica pecca, eventualmente, è che alla seconda camera si accede passando dalla prima.

This place is amazing!!! We enjoyed our stay so much. Teresa is very accommodating, we had everything we needed and more. Such a beautiful place to stay. If you want to visit Calabria, this is the place! Renting a car was easy and driving there was so much fun! Questa casa è bellissima!!! Noi abbiamo divertito tanto. Teresa è molte accomoda, avevamo a tutti bisognini. Che una bella casa a stare. Se volete visitare a Calabria, questa casa è la ultima. Noleggiare la macchina era facile e guidare era molte divertito!!!

We loved this spacious and well-equipped apartment. We had two large bedrooms each with private bathrooms, a good sized and fully equipped kitchen, with washer and dishwasher, a large living and dining area. The best part of the accommodation is the outdoor terrace/garden. It's full of beautiful, mature plants and a real pleasure to hang out in. The beautiful garden is completely private and for exclusive use, it comes with a barbecue and brick oven and a nice patio. There are other units in the house but we hardly noticed there were other guests, we liked the peace and privacy. The apartment has exclusive access to the beach, which you can reach by car or walking (10min). The Riaci beach is gorgeous and private. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. It was perfect for our family with two kids, beautiful Tropea is 5min away by car, or a 30min walk. I'd go back in a heartbeat, this place is a true gem!

L’appartamento è molto spazioso e accogliente, ci sono tre condizionatori che rinfrescano tutta la casa. Abbiamo trovato tutte le stanze molto pulite e ben organizzate. Si trova all’ultimo piano del condominio quindi per raggiungerlo c’è qualche rampa di scale da affrontare. Il centro di Tropea si trova a meno di cinque minuti a piedi, la stazione a meno di 10 minuti e la spiaggia a circa 15 minuti. Maria Antonietta, la proprietaria, è stata gentilissima con noi, molto disponibile e dolce. Speriamo di avere l’occasione di tornarci il prima possibile! (Abbiamo lasciato a Maria Antonietta 2 ombrelloni, 2 materassini e 1 pallone, quindi se ne aveste bisogno, prima di comprarli chiedete a lei!)

Struttura incantevole, piena di arte della signora Michela, presente anche nell'appartamento, semplice e minimalista ma con tutto l'occorrente, le foto non rendono assolutamente giustizia. Bella la piscina calda e pulita, complimenti a Daniele per la simpatia, disponibilità e gentilezza. Ci siamo trovati davvero bene, lo consiglieremo a tutti, dovessimo tornare, sicuramente ri-prenoteremo da Daniele! Grazie!

Ottima esperienza, Daniele molto gentile , l appartamento è carino ed arredato bene. Necessario essere in possesso dell’auto per raggiungere la struttura tuttavia per noi non è stato un problema.

Le logement de Lucilla est absolument incroyable . Vous êtes littéralement subjugués par la vue sur la mer. La terrasse est la pépite de la maison. La maison a été récemment rénovée, les fenêtres et volets sont tous neufs et les moustiquaires étaient très utiles (bien qu'en avril nous avons eu qq désagréments avec les moustiques !). Les clims réversibles sont aussi supers et toutes neuves. Nous avons eu quelques soucis mineurs avec des problèmes électriques récurrents mais Lucilla a toujours été réactive . La douche mériterait également d’être un tout petit peu plus grande :) Comme décrit dans l’annonce Vous pouvez accéder à une plage par la terrasse (marche + escalade de rochers). Nous avons réussi à le faire avec nos deux enfants de 4 et 8 ans Nous vous recommandons de visiter Tropea, la place de Pizzo et ses ruelles et l incroyable vue de Scilla. La calabre a été une magnifique découverte ! Merci encore

From start to finish, Cristian was a fantastic host! We really enjoyed our stay at his beautiful villa, and we definately want to come back. The villa has incredible views and Tropea was such a lovely city. Cristian was very helpful with giving us flexible check-in and nice local recommendations for both beaches and restaurants. We felt like Cristian went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We didn’t use the pool area much, as we wanted to explore the different beaches, but it did not feel crowded even though the pool is shared with the other 9-10 apartments in the complex.

è stato un soggiorno breve, location ottima, ambiente accogliente e pulito. Francesco persona gradevole e molto disponibile nel dare supporto ai suoi ospiti.

Valentina’s home is absolutely gorgeous. Out every window is like looking at a picture. The calm shallow beach is steps away, hosting an array of marine life and lots of sea glass to find. Valentina’s love for her home is evident upon check in, and she really is just happy to share her piece of peace with as many people as she can. When we arrived she had a bowl of her homegrown tomatoes, garlic, and onions from Calabria for us to use to cook. All the little odds and ends that you need for a relaxing vacation can be found at Valentina’s place. Relaxing and quiet 🥰 She also got my daughter a birthday gift when we stayed during her birthday, and that was the kindest gesture. So much love for Valentina and for her beautiful home and city.

Luciano was a wonderful, attentive and kind host. The home was beautiful, clean, private and had everything we needed for a family holiday. He prepared the pool for us, and even got the BBQ ready to use. We really enjoyed lounging by the pool, cooking family meals, and of course watching the sunsets over the sea from the balcony upstairs. Thank you for letting us stay!
