Tolle Wohnung in ruhiger Lage, für uns optimaler Erholungsort. sehr saubere und ordentliche Wohnung, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Allerdings braucht man ein Auto um die Gegend zu erkunden. Der riesige Strand ist sehr schnell zu Fuß ss zu erreichen, maximal 5 Minuten. Der kleine Laden im Haus hat hervorragendes Brot, Käse, Schinken,... und das nötigste wie Getränke, Nudeln, Konserven. Parkplätze vor oder neben Haus. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung alles die nicht den Riesentrubel brauchen, sondern ein kleiner Ort am Meer zum Entspannen. Absolute Weiterempfehlung

Sehr schönes Apartment groß und gut Eingerichtet. auch die Terrasse ist auch sehr groß Küche alles vorhanden und es gab auch eine eigene Waschmaschine ein großes Badezimmer und ein großes Doppelbett und noch ein Einzelbettzimmer , Esstisch, Fernseher und eine gemütliche Couch & Grillen und Air Condition . Und ein sehr sehr nettes und freundliches ,hilfsbereites Personal Insbesonders Fr. Christina Mit einen Wort Fabelhaft !!! Sehr zu empfehlen !!!

una casa molto tranquilla è a due passi da spiagge bellissime e anche loro tranquille (periodo inizio settembre) vicina a un mini market per le cose essenziali; casa come in foto grande , pulita, siamo stati accolti dal signor Antonio( perché la signora Daniela non poteva)che è stato molto gentile e chiaro nelle indicazioni per arrivare all'alloggio e anche quando se ne andata la luce lo abbiamo chiamato e lui ha risolto subito. la signora Daniela sempre disponibile e gentile.

It was a pleasure staying at Loredanas place :) everything was as described and really cozy and clean! There was great furnishing and equipment for cooking too and the neighborhood was nice. We spent some lovely evenings on the terrace from where you could see the sea as well. WiFi, the AC and everything worked fine! We were four people and it was enough space for all of us! Loredana was a very nice host too, she gave us some nice recommendations and answered very quickly! We would book again, when coming back! Thank you for hosting us :)

We had a fabulous stay in this fantastic appartment. the place itself is super spacious, Bright, clean, with an amazing sunset view on Stromboli, much better equipped (kitchen and bathroom) than most places we had stayed before, at a walking distance from all the best city spots (beaches, restaurants, train station..). Giacomo and the team was super flexible, welcoming and helpful, very reactive at any time. we would love to come back!

Siamo ritornati dopo tre anni nell'alloggio di Gilda e tutto é stato impeccabile, la vista mozzafiato sulla costa degli Dei rende magico il soggiorno, dal terrazzo abbiamo ammirato i tramonti e la posizione dell'appartamento è perfetta per raggiungere le più belle spiagge della zona, Gilda ci accoglie sempre con affetto e ci fornisce ottimi consigli per visitare Tropea e Capo Vaticano. L'appartamento si trova in un complesso tranquillo, a cinque minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia libera di Punta Safó. Si tratta di una spiaggia sabbiosa, dal mare limpidissimo e generalmente poco affollata. L'appartamento é dotato di una terrazza ampia dalla quale si puó vedere il mare; ci sono anche un tavolo, delle sdraio ed un divanetto. La cucina é ben attrezzata e dotata di tutto ciò che può servire; molto apprezzate la cassa bluetooth in salotto e la libreria in camera. Dirk é un host preciso e attento ma un grazie speciale va a Lisa, la quale di fatto ci ha accolti, consigliati ed é sempre stata disponibile a rispondere alle nostre richieste. Super consigliato!

To stay at Veronica’s is to experience Tropea to the absolute fullest. She made my friends and I feel at home when we were so far away from it. Being minutes away from the town and the beach allowed us to make the most of both our days and our nights; and I hope to return one day to be hosted by her again.

Le logement d’Alessia était parfait, très propre, spacieux et confortable. Il est très bien placé pour visiter la Costa degli dei (qui vaut vraiment le détour!). Alessia est une hôte adorable et très disponible. Nous avons suivi ses recommandations et nous n’avons pas été déçus!

Wir haben sehr kurzfristig gebucht und konnten problemlos die Wohnung beziehen. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und ist sehr ordentlich und sehr sauber.

选择住在这里是我最正确的选择，我在这里度过了很美好很舒适的时光！感谢房东Marenya，她就像亲人一样如此热心的帮助我解答一切，和关心我。刚到的时候，我发出一个下车的地址，Marenya立刻出现在我的眼前。用车载我到住处，她非常熟练的带我浏览了一遍家里，教我怎么使用用品。房间意想不到的美丽，非常整洁，干净，我特别喜欢家里的装饰，比照片的好看太多了！床很大很舒服，客厅很漂亮，厨房设备齐全……之后，Manreya 带我去了超市买了未来几天的食物，Marenya非常有趣，我很喜欢她的性格！还给我介绍了意大利很多好吃的，也给我买了食物和水☺️当我发现忘记买意大利酱，Marenya第二天给我买了两瓶送到房间，冰箱里她准备了很多饮料，非常多感动！如此完美的体验❤️❤️❤️

Luca es un excelente anfitrión, amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar! desde el principio nos dio una guía de todos los lugares de interés. El piso es como en las fotos, es fresquito y cuando hace demasiada calor cuenta con aire acondicionado portatil (funciona bien) cuenta con una enorme terraza! Tiene todo lo que necesitas! la Estación de Ricadi está a 20 Min a pie. La playa de Groticelli a 5 min, Tropea a 15 min (todo en coche) Todo fue muy hermoso, las playas en general son una maravilla y desde luego repetiremos. Gracias Luca :)

Siamo rimasti pienamente soddisfatti del soggiorno . Un bell’appartamento tranquillo e silenzioso nel verde, richieste accontentate per quanto riguarda la presa in prestito di utensili da cucina che l’host ci ha gentilmente dato, comodità della posizione per raggiungere Tropea e dintorni (ovviamente con la macchina, dato che la casa affaccia sulla statale). Host gentile, cordiale e sempre disponibile e reperibile. Vivamente consigliato

Die Wohnung ist genauso wie beschrieben und wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Die Lage ist mega! Mittendrin im Zentrum der Stadt, nur wenige Meter der großen Piazza entfernt, wo alle Eisdielen und Restaurants sind. Klar bekommt man auch etwas Trubel von den Gassen mit aber das macht auch den italienischen Flair aus, meiner Meinung nach. Der Blick vom Balkon ist einmalig! Stefania ist eine super Gastgeberin, antwortete immer sehr schnell und hilft bei Fragen gerne weiter. Sie hat mir sogar einen Flughafentransfer organisiert und einen Fahrer empfohlen. Ich kann sie und die Wohnung nur wärmstens empfehlen! Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt: das Wlan war schwach - Nachrichten schreiben/empfangen ging gut aber Videos schauen oder streamen ging nicht. War für mich aber kein Problem, da ich genug Mobile Daten hatte.

Appartamento comodo unica pecca che ha un solo bagno. Ma questo lo sapevamo. Per il resto soddisfattissimi di tutto vicinissimo al mare ed a piu di qualche ristorante ed una gelateria buonissima. Pizzo calabro è una stupenda cittadina. DA TORNARCI SICURAMENTE.

Dal momento che siamo arrivati al momento che siamo partiti, Alessandro è stato un host assolutamente fantastico. Al nostro arrivo, ci ha accolto personalmente, aiutandoci con i bagagli e facendoci fare un tour del suo splendido appartamento. Ci ha anche fornito ottimi consigli per la colazione e le spiagge vicine da visitare. Durante il nostro soggiorno, Alessandro è stato prontamente disponibile a rispondere a tutte le nostre domande ogni volta che gli abbiamo inviato un messaggio. L'appartamento si trova a pochi passi da spiagge meravigliose, ha una vista incredibile sul mare e una grande terrazza che era perfetta per guardare il tramonto o per prendere il nostro caffè al mattino. Non vediamo l’ora di prenotare di nuovo questo bellissimo appartamento!

Situé en hauteur, le domaine de MARASUSA vous propose une superbe vue sur TROPEA, autant le matin que le soir, au coucher de soleil. Entretenu quotidiennement par Carmelo, l’intendant infatigable et très réactif, le site dispose d’une piscine très propre et bien pensée, de pelouses vertes arrosées tous les jours, d’arbres taillés…Superbe domaine …. L’appartement de MEYKE et GUY, très propre, et bien rangé, dispose d’une belle terrasse ouverte, délimitée par des murs et haies. Dans l’appartement, il y a aussi une Clim au top, une salle de bain très sympa, mais aussi beaucoup de rangement, ce qui est super appréciable. Belle location ….

La stanza è stupenda, con una meravigliosa vista mare e molto confortevole. Chiara è stata estremamente disponibile e flessibile, anche per quanto riguarda il check-in e gli orari. Sicuramente tornerò in estate per poter godere appieno anche del bellissimo terrazzo panoramico e della piscina. Esperienza super consigliata!

Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Hat uns sehr hilfreiche Informationen über die Umgebung gegeben. Blick vom Balkon auf dem Stromboli, die wunderschönen Pflanzen und der Sonnenuntergang waren atemberaubend. Wunderbare Strände in der Umgebung. Es war einfach alles wunderschön.🤩

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour à Pizzo, dans l'appartement de Maria, qui a été une hôte exceptionnelle, adorable, réactive, compréhensive, surtout à notre arrivée avec un jour de décalage suite à une "mésaventure" à Rome, elle nous accueilli avec du lait et des gâteaux pour réconforter les enfants. L'appartement est très grand, avec tout le nécessaire pour la cuisine, le linge, 2 salles de bains, et 2 chambres, l'équipement était parfait, et sans oublier la climatisation indispensable pendant l'été. La piscine était très agréable, et la plage accessible à pieds à 300 mètres. La résidence était très calme, idéale pour notre famille. Et en plus, un glacier proche de la résidence "Gelataria Enrico" pour déguster leurs glaces artisanales et locales, les "tartufo di Pizzo" qui sont un régal. Les meilleures villes à visiter et plages sont Tropea, Scilla (village de Chianalea), Pizzo, reggio Calabria. Merci encore Maria pour ce séjour, nous recommandons fortement son appart.
