Maibrit & Hildegarde are the most amazing hosts. From the vases of flowers, luxury bath robes, fresh bread delivered to the door & home made apple strudel, we felt more like family guests than renters. This is more than your regular Airbnb! The house itself is of the highest quality & extremely comfortable. They have thought of everything. And that view! It is truely breathtaking. If you are thinking of booking here don’t hesitate! It is amazing.

Really enjoyed the stay. The house and surrounds are very good for kids with lots of space for them to roam in the garden , a football/volleyball court and table tennis table. The house is arranged as two separate connected houses, so also good if two families staying together When we arrived the house access was easy and everything was clean and tidy with ample towels spare linen etc and all the facilities we needed. Only small niggle was that it would be useful to have a couple of bottles of water left for guests as we immediately had to go out and get some when we arrived. Would have meant a thirsty first night if we had arrived post the shops shutting. Giorgia, the host, was very quick to answer whenever we needed something. The villa is up quite a steep hill, so meant driving when we went out. Only real problem was a resident of another house in the comune that kept shouting at our kids to lower the noise levels in the communal pool (maybe our kids are just noisy !)

Elvio ist mehr als ein toller Gastgeber. Er ist freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat und sehr sehr viele Insider tips gegeben.Ohne Ihn hätten wir manche Locations und Ausflugsziele nicht machen können. Die Unterkunft ist noch schöner als auf den Bildern und alles was man braucht ist da. Man kann zb auch seine Fahrräder nutzen, um morgens ca 8 min zu einem tollen Bäcker zu fahren. Der Pool der Anlage ist ca 50m vom Haus entfernt und sehr sauber. Im Haus selbst sind auch Dinge wie Federball, Bocchia und andere Spiele. Der Garten und das Haus sind in einem traumhaften Anwesen gelegen. Wir waren mit insgesamt 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kleinkindern vor Ort. Auch der Aussengrill läd für ein tolles Essen ein. Im Garten ist zudem auch eine Aussendusche für besonders heiße Tage. Wir empfehlen das Haus und Elvio als Gastgeber wärmstens weiter und waren sicherlich nicht das letzte mal bei Ihm. Man erreicht Bardolino in ca 5 min mit dem Auto - auch für andere Ausflüge ist die Lage klasse. 5 Sterne hierfür

Our family of 14, (including an 18month old) had a great stay. The house was lovely, as was expected from the photos. It has a great outside area, big communual spaces, very clean throughout and the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and utilities for a large group of people. It was lovely to arrive to a welcome gift left by the hosts. bedore arrival and throughout our stay, they were communicative and responsive to all questions and requests. Much appreciated! We would say the house bed rooms are great for 14+ people but the communal areas couldn't fit so many so we really had to squeeze 14 people in to the dining table made for 10. We would have loved more seating in the living room as well as the sofas only had room for 6 people. We also had to be very watchful of the pool as the baby kept trying to go play in it and it didn't have a cover. All in, my family loved the place and we would recommend it for large groups. Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt!- Alles war super sauber und gepflegt. Die Gastgeberin war sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Wunderschönes Haus mit toller Ausstattung. Der Pool war ein echtes Highlight – sauber, groß und perfekt zum Entspannen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

Stefanos Place is awesome. It has flair, is decorated very thoughtful and very clean. Also Stefano is a great host, offers restaurant or activity suggestions and takes care to make your stay special. Had a great time there!

Alles war genau wie auf den Fotos. Das Haus und der Garten sind super gepflegt und alles sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Check-In war total problemlos und die Lage hat uns auch gut gefallen (See und Strandcafe zu Fuß schnell erreichbar). Besonders schön fanden wir den Blick vom Balkon.

Logement très agréable et fonctionnel, avec une très belle vue sur la vallée et le lac. Le barbecue et le lave-vaisselle sont un grand bonus. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et conseillés. Seul petit bémol : l'escalier intérieur est étroit et raide, ce qui pourrait poser problème aux personnes à mobilité réduite. Autrement, un très bon séjour dans un très bel endroit !

Das grosse Haus von Michela ist perfekt für Familienferien oder eine Gruppe von Freunden. Es hatte drei grosse Schlafzimmer, blitzsaubere Badezimmer und einen gemütlichen Koch- /Ess- / Wohnzimmerbereich. Michela war stets sehr hilfsbereit und nett, gab uns Tipps und war sehr gut erreichbar. 100% empfehlenswert!

L’alloggio corrisponde perfettamente alle foto, è meraviglio, curato e con tutti i servizi necessari. La vista è impagabile. E tutto lo staff è stato davvero cordiale e disponibile! Super consigliato!!

We stayed at the house with a group of seven people and a small child, and it was a great experience. The house is spacious and offers stunning views of the lake from almost every corner. A special highlight is the large balcony, where we spent a lot of time enjoying the scenery. The walk to the lake takes about 15-20 minutes and is quite steep, which can be challenging in the heat. Fortunately, there's also a shuttle bus available. The owner's family lives in the house next door and was always helpful and attentive. All in all, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely come again.

Absolutely stunning location that is private with lots of outdoor space to enjoy the peaceful views. Easy and lovely walk to all of Malcesine’s attractions, restaurants and shops. Ferry is steps away from the property. Lake with small pebble beach out front is perfect for swimming. Beautiful villa that has a museum like quality. Many pieces of furniture are covered and not to be touched by guests. The downstairs double bedroom does NOT have a door and is next to the kitchen. Can be a challenge for a full house with different schedules. Driving on the seafront walkway to enter/exit the garage is challenging at busy times with pedestrians not happy with a car being on the walkway. Enma from Happy Rentals was friendly, available and accommodating and made the experience wonderful. Would highly recommended and stay again.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Sabines Haus sehr genossen. Die Immobilie wurde kürzlich renoviert und ist in einem top Zustand. Die Kommunikation mit Sabine und der Empfang durch Massimo vor Ort könnte perfekter nicht sein. Ein reibungsloser und freundlicher Ablauf. Die Aussicht ist ein Traum und die Sonnenuntergänge unbezahlbar. Besser geht nicht! Das Haus war sehr sauber und die Küchenausstattung top. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen.

We had a wonderful stay at the property of Luigi. Before arrival, Luigi was very responsive to all of our questions. During the stay, we contacted him a couple of time and nothing was too much for him. The house is enormous and the pool has an amazing view over landscape. Furthermore, there was an additional service that our waste was picked up every day (included), so we didn’t need to seek for a public facility for waste disposal. All in all, highly recommendable for a fantastic stay.

There are not nearly enough superlatives in the dictionary to describe the home Sandra and her husband Luigi have curated. As a creative myself, I can appreciate the thoughtful attention to every detail Sandra made. I could literally pack a bag and move in and be quite content to have this as a permanent home. It is absolutely stunning. She clearly spent a lot of time choosing each antique and piece of art. The home itself is stunning, but the restraint she showed in placing and choosing the furnishings give a very modern/clean aesthetic while being very classic at the same time. On top of all this, Sandra and Luigi are absolutely perfect hosts. I celebrated my 60th birthday with four friends here and they could not have made it more special and memorable. They recommended a lovely, local pasticceria for my birthday cake and a perfectly magical restaurant in Verona for my birthday dinner. They even gifted me a bottle of Moscato to enjoy with the birthday cake. Their home is perfection.

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche mit der ganzen Familie und Kindern in der Villa von Alberto verbracht. Babybett und Babysitz vorhanden. Wir konnten das Gepäck schon am Morgen deponieren. Wunderschöne Aussicht auf den Gardasee und einmaligen Sonnenuntergang. Der Pool für uns ganz allein war genial. Der Garten ist sehr sauber und gut gepflegt. Der Lärm vom Gardaland störte und nicht. Alles war vorhanden in der Villa wie im Beschrieb. Wir können die Villa wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Alberto und seine Familie sind sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Erika

Spacious villa with panoramic views of the Lake. Private hot tub also with lake views is special. Shared pool a couple of minutes walk away is quiet and also has spectacular views. Short walk (5 mins ) into Torri Del Benaco, a stunningly beautiful little town with lots of restaurants, cafes and a couple of small supermakets for essentials. Very handy location to explore the lake by car (30 min drive to the large amusement parks for the kids), also has a ferry terminal direct to the west shore. The only problem is the villa is so lovely, you won't want to leave!

Vi havde 9 dejlige dage i huset - 2 voksne + 4 voksne børn. Dejlig have med mulighed for skygge og tæt på poolen, som iøvrigt er stor og uden for mange mennesker. Nem parkering tæt på huset og i okay gå-afstand til en meget charmerende by og strand (vi var dog mest ved poolen eller på oplevelses-ture) Lazise er turistet, men stadig imponerende flot og der er mange rigtig gode restauranter!

Alessandra ist eine tolle und herzliche Gastgeberin, die sehr darum bemüht ist, dass es an nichts fehlt. Die Unterkunft ist - mit viel Liebe zum Detail - mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Lage und der Ausblick sind unvergesslich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ein sehr schönes Haus, vor allem der Garten mit Pool und die Aussicht sind die Highlights. Es ist alles sehr sauber. Lorenzo ist wirklich sehr freundlich und alles klappt problemlos. Leider ist kein WLAN installiert und der Handy Empfang ist nicht sehr gut.
