We loved staying here! Nilla was lovely and her place is really unique - the art and wooden decor that she has created made it feel very peaceful. The balcony was fantastic overlooking the river, and of course, loved the hammock ☺️ It was great value, clean and good communication from Nilla. The only thing that wasn’t quite so good was the futon bed which wasn’t very comfy. The apartment is on the top floor of the building, although I think it’s always good to get the steps in when regularly eating pasta & pizza! Beautiful location, Bosa is a must visit if you’re not sure where to go in Sardinia. Recommend visiting Cane Malu which was a great location for swimming & snorkelling.

It doesn't get any better! Large apartment, great location right on the sea with exciting excursion destinations in the area and an extremely friendly hostess. If the surroundings and the weather weren't so great, I would have liked to leaf through one or the other non-fiction book. The selection looked very exciting.

Beautiful apartment with exceptional views of the Mediterranean and the Bosa marina. Very high quality activities nearby: visit Bosa, beaches, panoramic coastal road towards Alghero. Beautiful villages close by. The apartment is located in a very quiet holiday village from which you can go out without any difficulty to enjoy all the amenities of the surroundings. We enjoyed our stay at the property. Giovanni and his family are really very friendly and directly gave us a lot of tips for beautiful beaches, restaurants and smaller hikes. We even received a welcome with delicious little regional delicacies, which was really very nice! Great terrace with sea view, thanks to electronic pergola you could also sit comfortably outside at lunchtime in the sun or light rain. The kitchen equipment was wonderful, we lacked nothing. The interior design is now a little more homely than shown in the pictures. The furnishings are unobtrusive, but cozy and also leave enough storage space. All rooms are easy to ventilate, in the living room, bathroom and bedroom there are mosquito nets on the windows. The communication with Giovanni was straightforward and friendly, even with difficulties we were immediately helped. It was a lovely holiday!

The flat is nicely located near the city center, has been renovated a short while ago, therefore very modern looking, very well equipped (especially the kitchen) and a great interieur. The balcony is also nice, and the air conditioning is absolutely necessary for summer days, since the weather in Oristano gets very hot. Only detail to improve on: Water pressure is low, therefore showering with long thick hair can be an issue. Christina, the co host, is very communicative, quick and friendly.

Staying with Renato & Mary was a lovely experience as they have such a beautiful place and are really near to the lovely town of Bosa. Super friendly and always happy to help. We really appreciated the small touches of home grown veg for us to try. They also made sure there were key food bits in for us to use so we wouldn’t necessarily have to go straight to the supermarket which was very thoughtful. Marsha the on site dog was also a winner for the kids. Thank you for an amazing stay and would definitely recommended this for those staying in the area. Hopefully see you both again in future 😊

I walked into Simone's apartment and felt at home. Everything matched my idea of home. I want to emphasize the wonder of the sheltered and covered terrace where we had lunch and dinner for 4 days. The apartment is very special. I will definitely be back.

Giovanna was a great host and even though she was recently injured, she went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of, sending her Mom to make sure we got in the electronic gate. The “Oasis” in the title is no joke. The apartment is the centerpiece of a fantastic ~ .5 acre walled garden right near the center of Oristano. We were able to easily walk to shops and ristorante and there was plenty of parking so our local friends could come visit us. The apartment is huge and very comfortable and we entertained on the veranda in the evenings. Everything is modern and worked well. For Americans, the trash system here is much more complex than we’re used to. Giovanna was very helpful and patient with us and we tried to comply with the rules 🤞🏻. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone that wants to experience the Oristano city life, but also wants to travel by car to the other sites in the province. Very nice detached house on two floors, newly remodeled and bright. It is located on a corner, between a side street to the train tracks with a main street of the city through which you can access the historic center that is within easy walking distance. Easy and free parking on both streets.

He made us find breakfast at the table already ready, very kind and easy check-in and check-out!

Very friendly and helpful host. Location is top if you want good beaches and restaurants. Many activities to do nearby or by a short 1-2h drive. location felt safe and the apartment is fairly priced.

We had a great time in Oristano, Stefano was very welcoming and understanding (we arrived very late at the apartment). The apartment was very comfortable, and its location means you won't be disturbed by any noise. The restaurants around were very good, and excellent value for money. If you have a car, there is always room on the street. Oristano is also a very good location for visiting Sardinia from end to end in less than 2.5 hours by car.

Simone and Maria are incredibly warm and welcoming hosts. They were attentive to every need, making sure we felt comfortable and taken care of throughout our stay. Their recommendations made our visit even more memorable, and the thoughtful touches made it feel like a home away from home. We would love to return and highly recommend staying here!

House with good amenities. Very good cleanliness and very beautiful kitchen. Although the listing mentioned a jacuzzi was not available. The village of Aritudea although small is cute with some buildings of interesting architecture. The best beaches are some distance away (between 30 and 40 km). The nearby beaches are not very interesting.

Very nice and high-quality accommodation. We felt right at home. Everything was perfectly clean. The communication was great. The entire environment is also relaxed, beautiful. There is plenty to do. Can recommend without restrictions!

The room is beautiful, tasteful, everything is of the highest quality. We had a room with private access to the terrace with a jacuzzi and an additional room by the terrace where you could relax and prepare a meal. The view from the deck is amazing! Especially at night while bathing in the jacuzzi. We were out of season and the price in relation to the quality was low in my opinion. The bed is very comfortable. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. The bathroom is large and very nice, equipped with everything you need for your stay (shampoos, soaps, even toothbrushes). Stefania was very nice and helpful, she responded to every message. I recommend it with all my heart.

We had a great week with family in the 1st floor apartment which has several terraces including a very nice one overlooking the pool. The beds were regularly redone and the cleaning as well. The house is very beautiful and all bars, restaurants and services are very easily accessible on foot as the accommodation is very close to the center while remaining very quiet and private. We would highly recommend it.

Beautiful stay, we chose this accommodation to be able to live a weekend for the Open Courts of the surroundings, but we will definitely come back to enjoy the comforts offered by the structure. Really deluxe accommodation, equipped with everything you need, clean and spacious... each room with its own air conditioning. The bathroom is also great and very very clean. Too bad we didn't get to use the jacuzzi, too many things to do in a short time... it will be for next time. Thank you Andrea for your welcome and availability.. See you soon

A beautifully decorated, spacious and well appointed apartment with a great view. I can’t think of any faults. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking the beach and the town the most. It was very relaxing. The beach is very close and a good place for a swim, and the pool was very good too. There are several good restaurants within easy walking distance. We enjoyed Sesante for its fine seafood and very friendly staff. All in all I would highly recommend this apartment
