Nice that we were escorted the last part to the apartment /house because it is beautifully located in the forest but the entrance is not so easy to find. Apartment is simple but has everything you need. we had the 1st floor with a nice outdoor terrace, Also beautiful spacious outdoor area around the house, very private and beautiful beaches nearby. Gesuina and Valeria were great hosts with whom we had good contact, always quick response. We arrived way too late due to delay and yet we were fantastically taken care of!

The apartment is five minutes from the beach of S.Giovanni, a small and quiet village, ideal as a base to explore the beaches from S.Teodoro to the Gulf of Orosei. We had a great time, the apartment is simple, clean, functional and with all the comforts for a nice week at sea. Parking in the courtyard (but also plenty of space on the street). Massimo was very available for check-in and local tips.

We had a very nice time in Sardinia and in Alessio's apartment. Everything was perfect for us. I appreciate it. Thanks We would definitely come back.

Alessandro is a very good host and speaks German very well. He was always friendly and always available! The location of the apartment is as shown in the pictures. Just across the small street and you are on the beach. The apartment was handed over to us very clean. After the briefing in the apartment, he gave tips for exploring the island, as well as great restaurant recommendations. All important services (supermarket, pharmacy, etc.) are within walking distance. Parking is possible on the street without any problems. Alessandro's parents live in the apartment above and are very welcoming. The neighborhood also often stopped for a conversation at the fence. We felt very welcome and can only recommend it. Thank you for the wonderful time and best regards to the parents and neighbors.

Very spacious and comfortable apartment with many amenities (air-conditioned rooms, dishwasher, supermarket outside the door). Large terrace in a quiet location, beach within walking distance. Comfortable couch and sleeping accommodations, we were very satisfied. Marina welcomed us personally and discussed everything essential with us, she is a nice and attentive hostess.

We had a wonderful stay at Ilaria's. The apartment has everything we needed, comfortable and we slept really well. It stays cool in the day. location is great - walkable to everything you need. Ilaria was also really communicative, gave clear instructions, very friendly, and great recommendations. Highly recommend!

We spent 14 days in this wonderful apartment in a fantastic and quiet location, felt very comfortable, spent a great vacation. Alexandra, our contact person on site, was always available and extremely friendly. The apartment was very clean and well maintained. The only drawback is the poor, to non-existent WiFi and the poor mobile network coverage, which, however, turned out to be positive, as it can sometimes be quite liberating to do without it. All in all, we can highly recommend the accommodation and would book it again at any time.

Great stay at Maria´s lovely little house. Very quiet, very clean and very comfortabele. We had a great time and enjoyed every minute of it. Walking distance to the beach and some great restaurants. Communication with Maria was amazing, she was so nice.

We had a great time and we would go back. For two, the cottage was a wonderful size, another bed would have to be pulled out in the living room/kitchen. At the end of April, the weather was already very good and we were lucky that the pool had already opened. There were few other vacationers in the surrounding houses and so it was nice and quiet. Since the houses are quite close to each other and the pool is close, I think it will be a bit livelier and louder in the high season. The house is located on a mountain, you can walk to the beach easily, but it is very steep. I wouldn't push a full stroller up. Fiamma was always available, gave us a great excursion tip and reacted immediately when we suddenly had no more water. Thanks again ☺️

We felt very comfortable at Gino's. The kitchen is well equipped, the washing machine is new and everything was really very clean. The insect screens were new and the shutters could darken the rooms well. We have rarely experienced this before! We The shower outside and the roof terrace are a dream. You live very quietly here. The sea is close, although we liked Foxi Manna Beach better. Foxi Murgedu has a lot of seaweed currently - is otherwise certainly also great. You can hike in the area! You have to take garbage to the disposal station yourself, that's the way it is in this region, but it's also easy to do. Shopping before check-in makes sense, as you can buy few things directly on site. We were quickly helped with all concerns. We can only recommend the place. There is a cat living at the house.

We spent 10 days in April/May in this sweet little very lovingly furnished apartment with cozy terrace just 20 meters away from a fantastic beach. It is super equipped with everything you need on the beach. I'm sure we'll be back.

Amazing place. This is a large flat in a large building. The rest of the building is unrenovated so we had the whole garden and the super large balcony to ourselves. Within very easy walking distance to lovely beach - which can be heard and glimpsed through the pine trees from the balcony. New aircon/heating in both bedrooms really helps. Lots of equipment in kitchen and for the beach available.

We had a lovely stay in Anna‘s place! The view from the balcony was a pleasure to wake up to every morning and the proximity to the very charming beach nearby was perfect. Tortolì itself was the perfect base for us on the east coast and made for a very relaxing trip. Anna was friendly, responsive and understanding when a missed turn led to us arriving later than planned. We would recommend Anna‘s place to others!

We were absolutely delighted with the accommodation in La Caletta. A lovely little house with a terrace that has everything you need for a few lovely days in Sardinia. The team behind the house provided us with helpful information, took great care of us and was always quick to respond. We stayed here for almost two weeks and would have liked to stay longer. We will definitely come back again.

We had a great time at Maria's! The apartment is functional and welcoming, we felt at home! Big plus for the ground floor, very sunny during the day 😊 We got off at the wrong stop when we arrived. Maria kindly offered to pick us up, she is adorable, worried all the time that everything was going well for us and gave us great recommendations of places to visit. If you ever go to San Giovanni beach 10 minutes from the accommodation rather than to La Caletta, it is much nicer. A true paradise ✨ Thanks to Maria ❤️

Excellent find next to town and right on the beach. Handy for the best gelateria in town too!

New, modern apartment, good shower and comfy bed. Loved having the balcony and appreciated having a cool bag provided. Cala Gonone is a lovely spot to explore the coast. We also hiked to the canyon at Gorropu . Some earlier comments said that check in was tricky but Margarita gave us very clear instructions with photos which were easy to follow. Parking was easy near the apartment

The accommodation is very nice and well-kept. Very well equipped and perfect in all its spaces including the parking for the car. Very bright with a beautiful terrace that unfortunately, given the rain we could use little! Highly recommended

The two of us felt incredibly comfortable and at home in Eva's pretty, bright and tasteful accommodation. The furnishings are as good as new, the amenities very good (towels, pillows, blankets, dishes, glasses, etc.) and the terrace sensational. There was also a delicious welcome greeting, which we were very happy about. We fully agree with the other 5-star reviews! Our highlight was the location of the apartment: enjoying the fantastic view of the sea (including sunrise) from the bedroom, living room or terrace and standing on the beach in just 12 minutes on foot, which was still wonderfully deserted at the end of April. Shopping, breakfast and eating out were also easily possible on foot. The numerous restaurant tips from Valentina and Eva were very helpful. We tried different ones every day. Everything was great! Valentina's availability was very good, and the contact was straightforward and friendly. We will be happy to come back!

Francesco was a wonderful person, very helpful, very polite and very discreet, very friendly person who will welcome us, he will take you around the country showing you, the local shops will show you the most beautiful beaches, remaining very discreet, although he lives on the upper floor of the accommodation, in case of need he will be ready to help you.. Always.. Small, but very clean accommodation, 20 Mt from the sea, in front of the village square in which you will find a wide choice of excellent restaurants, in some of these you will even be given a discount going on his behalf as he is a person known in the country.. Francesco was an exquisite person... Experience to try and then repeat... The morning coffee taken in front of the sea is not priceless.. In case of need, you will be always ready and polite who will be able to indicate other places to visit... Accommodation also equipped with air conditioning... in addition to a host... You will find a friend...
