Private suite vacation rentals in Province of Modena

Taryn's place is on a street just outside the center of Reggio, so it's a 10-minute walk to downtown. There is ample parking on the street where the house remains - which is a magnificent example of popular architecture of the mid-twentieth century tastefully renovated - and despite this, it is a very quiet area. So is the space in which I was staying with a beautiful combination of materials, with the wood that makes it the master and the windows overlooking the garden just outside the door. The area, despite being just outside the center, has very interesting attractions: Reggio children and Tecnopolo a short distance away, and the fields and greenery immediately after. It is a place, where, if I still have to be in Reggio for work, I will definitely be back: great for up to two people to relax after work.

Dear Carlotta, it was excellent at your place. Maybe a few more hooks on the walls for wet clothes. And one more friendly tip: It's great how you provide food for the guests. For Tortellini, I'd be better off tomato sauce or pesto, than cream sauce. Otherwise, you prepared everything great for us Kind regards, Christa

We were at the fair in Bologna and the location of the apartment was perfect to get to the fair by bus and do something in the center in the evening. Even though the apartment is not very large, we felt super comfortable because the furnishings are very new and well maintained. Luca was always easy to reach as a host and responded very quickly. We highly recommend the apartment ☺️👌

We thought Alessandro's place was great. Bigger than what you see in the photos, it was newly renovated and clean. Located in a quiet area, you have to take public transport to get there from the center. Alessandro always told us about restaurants, transportation and other questions we had quickly. I can't fully evaluate the area, as the two days we were at your place were a holiday and almost everything was closed, but there seemed to be a supermarket and restaurants nearby, one of them just below the apartment. If we go back to that area, we'll stay there again

This rooftop apartment is very interesting, comfortable and has an incredible vibe! Paola is a great host and always responded to my messages quickly. The apartment has everything you need and even more. And the roof terrace is the icing on the cake! Overall, it’s a very nice place in a perfect location. Thank you for the pleasant experience! 🤗

The owner is the warmest person you can find in Bologna! Very clear and detailed description. The place looks exactly like in pictures.

Unfortunately, we only stayed with Carla for one night. We felt very welcome and completely at home. The connection to the city is great and the area nice and quiet. Carla even went out of her way to give us some tips for the city and printed out a map. We would love to come back anytime!!!
