The views and serenity found at this place are unmatched. The owners are extrememly kind and responsive. The town is very calm. There is a nice grocery store by bus in the neighboring city Vergato. If you need a bus, look up the daily schedule via Google Maps. Any questions and the owners will help you.

Really very comfortable house, tidy and complete with every comfort. The cleanliness of the apartment on arrival was impeccable and another very important aspect to consider is the reserved parking that can accommodate even cars of considerable length. Elisa is a very responsive host who took care of every detail of our stay even before arrival. Highly recommended!

Elena was very nice and helpful. The villa is very nice, in the quiet nature reserve. The rooms are very spacious and very comfortable in two bathrooms for a group of friends. She also left us several options for breakfast, we had a great time.

We had an amazing week at Tommasos place! From the moment we arrived, the host and his very friendly mother made us feel incredibly welcome and was so helpful throughout our stay. The place itself was spotless and well-maintained, with a serene atmosphere that made it the perfect getaway. The surroundings were absolutely beautiful, offering peace and tranquility, truly great for the soul. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and unwind. Laura is the perfect host. Always ready, and more than willing, to help with everything, even matters outside the scope of the stay itself. The home was nice and tidy upon arrival, and it felt like the place was properly reset from whenever the last guests left. The dog and cats are as cute and friendly as displayed, but be careful of the little striped kitty, he might attempt to wrestle with your foot if you let him. By car the location is great, as it allows you to retract from the wildness of the city once you feel like you have saturated your senses for the day.

I had a great, great time at Katia's beautiful apartment. Even though it's not at the city center, it is still not difficult to find since the tran station is 30 seconds on foot away from the apartment. The buses are also around the corner, so it was really a lovely stay. I would definitely recommend her place if you are looking for something convenient and don't mind not being directly by the old town. Katia is a super friendly person and she always responded very quickly to my further questions!

Great place in the heart of Bologna!

We really enjoyed staying at Walid's place! It was clean, comfortable, and very easy to get to. We especially appreciated Walid's flexibility in accommodating our slightly early arrival, and we were able to get out into town quite easily after checking in! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen and bathroom clean and well equipped, and overall a great location!

A helpful and friendly host, ready to help us in every circumstance . The kindness of being able to postpone checkout was very much appreciated. Would I recommend it ? ABSOLUTELY YES

Roberto was incredibly helpful throughout our stay—before our arrival, during check-in, and even while we were in Bologna, he kept us well informed and made everything easy. The studio apartment was just as shown in the photos—compact, but with everything you might need. Entering the building through the beautiful porticos and staying in a traditional Bolognese home was such a unique experience. Honestly, this place offered everything I hope for in an Airbnb: a central location, authentic atmosphere, a thoughtful and attentive host—and of course, the lovely touch of complimentary tea, coffee, peanuts, and chocolate!

We booked this place because of the proximity to airport and it was a very easy 20 min walk. I wish we stayed in this place for longer, it exceeded all the expectations! Very clean, cosy and with crazy attention to details - make up remover, cotton pads, snacks.. there was everything you could possibly need. Cute little balcony to enjoy our evening cup of tea :) Flexible self-check-in with easy to follow instructions, was perfect for us as we arrived very late and left very early.

Everything worked out great, nice apartment, bigger than expected and even a basic supply of food and drink was provided. Thank you very much and would be happy to come back. Clear recommendation!

Perfect Stay in a cosy appartment. Laura was very friendly and helpful. Very clean and quiet place. We really enjoyed the stay!

Communication with Piero was very easy from the start. His apartment a few minutes' walk to Piazza Maggiore allowed us to fully enjoy the city center and take breaks in our days. Piero made several recommendations to us, all of which improved our stay. Feel free to ask them for tips and recommendations. Special mention to the breakfasts with music, served in the living room with soulful decor. We highly recommend this homestay experience, and to be honest, we don't see how it could have been better!
