Our comfortable apartment 220 has been newly renovated. Apartment 220 was painted in August 2026 and all the apartment's lighting has been renovated. A new shower tray and screen have been installed in the bathroom, as well as the corresponding faucets. The sink and its integrated cabinet are new. The following new furniture has been added to the living-dining room: a sofa bed, a coffee table, a new TV stand and a state-of-the-art TV, a round glass table, 4 comfortable chairs and a soft rug to make everything very cozy and functional for this type of apartment. Cozy Apto.220 is just 200m from the slopes. A parking space is included in the rent (it's in the same building), and the cost of laundry and cleaning of the apartment is included. A place to enjoy a quiet and cozy atmosphere. Just 1 km from the house, you can take a walk in the countryside. There is a lake, Requeijo, with a grassy river beach, a small beach bar (only in summer), and a recreational area with tables and barbecues to enjoy a good natural environment. Next to the house is Peñacabras, a rocky mountain similar to a castro from where the views of the entire surroundings are impressive and the peace and quiet that is enjoyed from there is incredible.
