Excellent experience. Giovanni and his mom are two exquisite people, they welcomed us with extreme kindness and immediately made themselves available. The house is a little gem in the old upper town of Castel di Sangro, a very quiet and well-maintained place. The center of the village is a 5-minute drive, but if you are a walker, nothing prevents you from getting there on foot in a maximum of 15 minutes. Recommended!

The place was very clean, very comfortable and offered all the necessary amenities for the stay. The heating was very useful to us, as we found ourselves in a very windy and rainy period; the host responded immediately if we had any questions or didn't find anything. She was able to recommend a great restaurant in the area. You could easily reach the different surrounding villages by car, and in Isernia you could shop. The village itself is very quiet, delicious, there is only one bar and the people are very friendly. I recommend the place for someone who has a car and wants to use the house as a base to visit Molise

My family and I and our dog stayed in Ivo's country house for a few days. The house is very large and spacious, cool by day, despite the heat outside in the middle of August and even cooler at night, without the need for air conditioning, plus almost all the windows are equipped with mosquito nets. The space was very clean and tidy, beautiful the old structure and the colorful decor, the kitchen was equipped with several dishes and everything you need basic (oil, vinegar, salt, sugar). Ivo was very courteous and available to accommodate our requests and give us information on places to visit and restaurants. The place is really quiet, quiet day and night, ideal for a serene stay surrounded by nature. We really appreciated the atmosphere of the village of Filignano and the neighboring villages, and the accommodation is only halfanhour from the beautiful lake of Castel San Vincenzo. We hope to go back :)

We were very warmly welcomed with various delicacies and fires in the fireplace! Silvana and her husband were very, very hospitable and helpful - we'd love to come back! The small village is located at the top of a mountain and it is very quiet - except for the dog across the street. Groceries can be bought downstairs in the city.

We had a wonderful time at Monia's place. We were greeted with great kindness and professionalism in a very friendly but at the same time discreet setting. The house matches the listing description, indeed it exceeds expectations. It is very clean and equipped with everything you need to manage a temporary stay with ease and without worries. The town, Roccasicura, is also very pleasant, a true oasis of peace and simplicity. We'll be back!

Laura was a great host, very helpful and present in welcoming us and accompanying us to the house, in showing us the area to park and in the final greetings. There were four of us plus two dogs, we had a great time. Cozy house, heated and equipped with every comfort, built on two levels with two bathrooms, spacious in the right places. It will be a reference point and one more reason to return to Castel di Sangro!

Sergio is friendly, always ready to respond and best recommend to make your stay more than pleasant. The house is perfect, clean and with everything beyond what you need. We will return to Sergio to spend days relaxing and deepen the knowledge of Molise.

The accommodation in Vestogirardi is exceptional, inside and out. Access via a courtyard, like in a castle. Perfectly renovated, very cleverly developed, comfortable. Compliments to the architects, large living room with kitchen in the vault, enclosed sleeping area. No antique junk, everything very functional. The reception was very friendly, well organized. Recommended for cyclists, hikers and people who don't necessarily want to lie on the beach.

This is the perfect location if you want peace and quiet but still close to a small town for restaurants, Marketing and shops. The house itself its beautiful and rustique not the newest highend beds but more than enough. The pool is located perfect for both sunbathing and being in the shade on the patio. You need to have rental car to get by. And that makes it drivning distance aproc 1 hour på Termoli and Vasto by the eastcoast and mediteranian ocean and 1,5 hour drive to pompeji and Naples on the westcoast. Also close by is waterfalls antingen foundaries the tonw of pietrabondante with old roman remains and the top of the Mountain is 1000 m above sealevel and quite easy to get to. our family ( 2 daughters and wife) enjoyed our stay. And its not impossible we might returnera one day. And at last the host Vittorio was the perfect host helped us with anything we asked for, answered fast and was really polite. I would recomend this place for everyone who wants to experience Italy.

Ludovico is a wonderful, courteous, more helpful and friendly host. He followed us from the beginning to the end of our stay. The place is beautiful, exactly as described, a historic home, with typical and elegant furnishings. We felt like princes. We will definitely return to this accommodation, which in addition to being so beautiful and special is close to natural and historical places. Inside and outside an incredibly nice house. We are spoiled travelers but were completely impressed. Everything was there, clean, sufficient, good beds, nice sofas, top kitchen, nice pool. Completely private. Beautiful art and other stuff. The people of Novasol that let us in were so friendly. And Rosalia was so helpful. Everything above expectations!

Ludovico and his family were wonderful hosts. Our family had an amazing time. He is very responsive and made sure we enjoyed our stay. When we come back to the region, we will be sure to stay again.

Property surrounded by greenery, with large lawns and large trees, a waterfall of fresh water from the mountains, a pond, all as per the listing description. We are a functional farm whose only flaw is the dirt road that runs along Lake Barrea. We'll be back for sure, both because the place is ideal for hiking in the area and then because our dogs didn't want to leave.

This place was beautiful and a great mountain getaway! I would definitely recommend the place and the host especially! :) I have to commend Roberto especially for his grace and help in working through some mess caused by the puppies. We were able to resolve everything amicably and reasonably. This is the sign of a wonderful air bnb host! He gave great directions, checked on us, and was a professional in handling everything. the host Luigi was really kind and very helpful with his valuable advice; his apartment is very spacious but maybe a little too cold, definitely for the short notice of our reservation; for the cleanliness there could be a little more attention to spiders and cobwebs. Breakfast had a wide choice of drinks and snacks, Luigi also provided milk packs! The Christmas tree on when we arrived was really nice and the view around the apartment is spectacular! For those arriving by car, pay attention to the parking below the house, those who have an off-road vehicle can do it better, for sure 🤣 Highly recommended!

Very good accommodation, worthy of the description and photos. There is one bathroom per bedroom and the kitchen is very well equipped. The terrace is a real plus.

We had a wonderful stay at Tiziana's place. Both Tiziana and Giovanni made us feel very welcome. Giovanni is a font of information on the local area whilst Tiziana cooks the best of food. The food in their restaurant was excellent and the highlight of our stay in Italy. The younger ones even got some cooking lessons. Make sure to take advantage of their wonderful food and friendly atmosphere. It's good to meet the actual owners of the Airbnb who can give you guidance for the local area - this seems to be very rare nowadays. Thank you Tiziana and Giovanni for a lovely time.

Franco was a very kind and friendly host. He met us for all our needs. Very helpful. The apartment was conveniently located for shopping, sightseeing and easy to reach with luggage.
