Vacation rentals with a patio in Province of Avellino

very warm and cozy house on this nothing to say, too bad that I found the area dead since the last time I was there with the chairlifts in operation. For the rest, I hope the quiet place will be recovered soon and great food to delight

The apartment was clean, well cared for, recently renovated and with everything you need. Check-in was easy and flexible and the host was very helpful and responsive in communicating and providing directions. Highly recommended.

Traditional, spacious home. Comfortable and solid mosquito nets everywhere. Friendly and helpful host. Enclosed parking on the property but --very narrow-- access. Note: Google maps will mislead you. Drive to the center of town and then turn uphill into the access road.

I have stayed at 30 places, and Antonella's was the best. She is very helpful and friendly. The place is very clean and exactly as in the photos. There are plenty of kitchen utensils and supplies. It's close to everything you need for everyday living, and right on the railway to Naples. The neighborhood is safe. Sperone is a nice little village with great food and scenery. Please take note: the apartment is in Sperone, not Avellino. The address and map on Airbnb are incorrect. Even after you make the reservation, Airbnb gives you the wrong address. You have to contact Antonella to get the correct address.

I booked a Vittorio house for two people, but I arranged a lunch with friends for a small extra fee and we had a fantastic time. Dogs also enjoyed the spaces, freedom, and the barbecue! Really beautiful house both outside and inside with everything you need. There was nothing really missing!

A wonderful discovery, Marina is an exquisite person, the house is beautiful and is equipped with every possible comfort. There was also more than we expected and she met us on any front despite our particular needs. We'll be back!

Minimalistic apartment, lack of bedside table lighting, which has made it a little difficult to get into the bathroom at night. A cozy lamp would also be nice in the kitchen-living room. Fantastic ,super roof terrace ❤️❤️ Cute landlord 😊 Coffee machine one floor down 😊 One double bed has only wire mesh, so we are very sunk in the middle and inclined. Windows are barred and cannot be opened from the inside. Enclosed parking space in the courtyard ❤️ November 2024

Apartment is very cosy and full of interesting, arty touches. We felt right at home immediately. Very peaceful place. Great view of the church and mountains. We looked forward to Jo's (the cat) visits each day. We stayed 4 nights but would have loved to stay longer if our schedule permitted. The host, Alessia, was very responsive and kind. Highly recommend.
