I cant say enough good things about this home! I felt right at home the moment I opened the front door. The kitchen was super clean and large dining table was perfect for a family meal. The bedrooms were perfect size and the beds/pillows very comfortable. The huge fenced in yard was great for the kids to run and play while we sat on the deck. Honestly, cant say enough good things - felt very safe and cozy, just like home.

One feature that stood out was the guest binder. It was incredibly detailed, providing clear instructions on everything from using the fireplaces to local attractions and dining recommendations. This made it easy to settle in and feel at home. It had everything we needed for a cozy stay! Overall, my stay at Crooked Elm was delightful, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, well-managed retreat.

Rustic and charming, the Rusty Anchor was exactly what we hoped for. The screened porch was a favorite hang out spot. The kitchen sink was absolutely adorable. And the host had tons of family friendly amenities available like a baby bath, beach toys, coloring books, and board games. It looks just like the pictures. Her recommendations for the Washington Inn (now Sugar Water), the local beach, and the produce stand were all fantastic. We didn’t want to leave. If you are looking for a low-key, relaxing get-away, this is the perfect place.

A modern kitchen features a sleek countertop and a gas range with a black finish. A light rug defines the space, while natural light streams in through a window. Decorative items are placed on the countertop, adding a touch of warmth to the functional area.

Just lovely...are the best words to describe this home!! Kristin's place is very well decorated and is spotless. My son had a baseball tournament in the area, so we only stayed one night, but it was perfect. Hotel rates in the Salisbury area are absolutely ridiculous, so we were so glad to have found Kristin's place. Note that there is only one shower, but this home is perfect for a small group. Highly recommend!

A super fun, and unique location! We had a great time exploring the local area; restaurants and shopping. And, we all slept so well! Very peaceful surroundings. The wake up call from the peacock was FANTASTIC!
