We had such a wonderful stay. It’s such a unique spot to stay and the host is so welcoming and help us so much when we where going the pod. Definitely recommending this place to everyone.

Absolutely stunning place and location! Nel and Lorne were amazing hosts and nothing was too much trouble. They had thought of all the little things to make us feel welcome and it truly felt like we were staying with friends…like a home away from home. We arrived to the smell of fresh bread baking, and found a loaf baking in the bread oven. Nel had even left us a jar of her homemade raspberry jam, which was to die for! We fell asleep every night to the sound of the waves which was absolutely magical and so peaceful. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer! Would 100% recommend and would love to come back sometime!

Beautiful equipped home which is just what I needed travelling with kids. Stairs were steep which didn't worry mine but maybe worth being mindful of for small children. So close to town, everything in walking distance and a great selection of food options very close. Never had a problem getting parking near the house for our car. Hosts reached out a few times to ask needs and preferences before we arrived and even let us know the place was ready earlier in the day than check in. Great experience.

This was the perfect Hobart home from home for a mid-winter stay. On previous trips to Hobart I've generally stayed in the Battery Point / Sandy Bay area, but I discovered on this trip that North Hobart is a delight - the Elizabeth St strip is a new fave. Would stay again without hesitation. The pictures don't do justice to how well and thoughtfully the house has been equipped, and the quality of fittings and furnishings. We were a group of 7, which normally would mean that at least a few people draw a short straw and have to take an inferior room, but this is one of those rare houses where ALL the bedrooms are lovely - and all have big, comfortable beds. There were even dressing gowns and slippers for everyone! The heating is super effective, the hot tub is a delight, the kitchen is large and well equipped, there's a coffee machine with plenty of pods, and Tom & Cate left various goodies for us as a welcome. They were also super responsive and flexible at all times. 5 stars!

Beautiful home and fantastic host! Super clean, elegant space with a very large kitchen, living space and incredibly comfortable bed. Scottie was extremely accommodating with both our 11pm check in and use of the spa under the stars. Always available to help, we felt right at home and loved feeding the sheep in the morning!

Lovely and clean, quite, private accommodation. It was great that our fur baby was allowed inside. Fresh lemons on the bench, which were nice in my tea and Ros was very easy to communicate with. We loved our stay and would recommend it to anyone.

We loved staying at the Milkman’s- everything you need to see or do close to Hobart is all within walking distance. Parking in Hobart is not easy but at the time of our stay we could easily park further up the Barrack St hill all day. We appreciate Kat accomodating our needs and also for offering a beautiful old world home that has a mix of old and new both architecturally blended. We would absolutely stay again.

This was such a beautiful place to stay. Mieke’s property is gorgeous, and we felt right at home in the Mountain Nest. Hard to believe you’re only 10min drive from the centre of Hobart! Thank you so much Mieke for hosting us and for being such a lovely host. We will be back 😊

Sea House is such a magical place from the gardens to the views, beach access and the comfort of the house made our stay really wonderful and the balm we needed. Liz was gave great information before we arrived and was really responsive. Can’t wait to get back.

Beautiful and spacious, very trendy, apartment with amazing views over Hobart and Mt Wellington. It has everything you could possibly want plus extra supplies. Requested an extra night at the last minute and luckily Natalie could organise it for me very quickly. Loved the balcony and outlook and would have liked to stay longer.

Had a beautiful weekend at the cottage! Loved the wood fire, views, walking on the beach. Very clean place with lovely comfy king bed and beautiful quality linen!

Great location for family or friends to get together. Literally walk out the door onto a beautiful beach. Plenty of outdoor amenities available incl swimming pool, tennis, basketball hoop, billiards, kayaks etc. Quiet and peaceful area, but close to airport and to Hobart so very convenient. Great communication from Julie in advance who also met us on arrival and showed us in. Thank you for a great stay.

We stayed for 3 nights and it was great. The location next to the river was beautiful. The cottage contained everything we could wish for and was very comfortable.

The stay was exactly what we wanted, cosy apartment for two with a bedroom each. The kitchen was everything we needed and extremely functional. The passcode entry was perfect as we didn’t need to worry about forgetting keys or making sure someone was always there when the other was out. Jodi and Lindsay were extremely responsive and conversations always felt personal as they were invested in why we travelled to Tasmania.

Jodi's apartment is at the best location, vrry close to a great cafe, grocery stores, bus stop and moonah shops. Best thing is private car parking which is hard to find with other air bnb places. You can view beautiful mount Wellington from the bedrooms, and living room gets cozy by sunshine during the day. Jodi was kind enough to give us quick tour of the house on checking-in, and also let us stay an extra hour before checking out. Thank you Jodi for letting us stay at your lovely place.

Fantastic place to stay. pool is great. having a complimentary car is the best seats 8! perfect for my large family.
