The home's close proximity to the coast makes it easy to head to the ocean. Spend the day finding fun surfing spots and sunbathing on the beach. Play a round on the local golf course. And tour the breweries and wineries nearby. Literally everything you could desire on your door step. Our house is a beautiful, modern, solar passive house set on a 5 acre property with amazing views to the north of the Margaret River Valley and Naturaliste National Park. The name means Beautiful View. It is an incredible house to stay in, our guests are in awe of the simplicity of the design, the house itself and the beautiful setting. Our house is a light, bright spacious character home with ocean views from the kitchen, dining area and top deck. It is just a few minutes walk to the beach. Upstairs features the master bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and laundry and open living and deck. Downstairs are 2 bedrooms and sitting room and 1 more bathroom. Immaculately clean, with a huge well equipped kitchen. Our place is suited to families but will also work well for small groups of friends.
