Family-friendly vacation rentals in Prešov Region

Thank you for sharing your holiday house with us. We loved the private location and the cabin, looked great in the snow. Appreciated the covered car parking spot. The house had everything we needed for our holiday. Well equipped kitchen, some boardgames and enough space for the 5 of us. Katka was very responsive when we contacted her and resolved problems quickly.

This cabin is a diamond in the heart of the nature. The host is kind and helpful, we spent a wonderful time here. I truly recommend this place to everyone who wants a peaceful adventure in the Slovak Paradise.

It's all right. Just below the accommodation, free skybus towards the ski slope. Close to a beautiful lake route. They are super responsive. We'd love to come back someday.

We had the best time at this spacious, clean, and fully equipped chalet! Our host Tomas had excellent communication, and was very patient (we arrived late at night and he was still there to greet us). He made sure we had everything we needed. On the property was an archery set, a basketball court, and tennis court which we could use at our leisure. Can't wait to come back!

The cottage was just what we expected, rustic and rural and peaceful and fun for the kids. People used to a more modern 'normal' cottage may struggle but we loved it's charm. Nice selection of kids toys (Duplo, board games etc.) and tennis game outside. trampoline a bit broken but was OK to use with care for small children. Low ceilings for over 6 foot person, lost count of how many times I knocked my head, but it was all part of the fun! We are nature enthusiasts and the diversity of birds (willow tit, nutcracker, yellowhammer, chiffchaffs) and insects (purple emperor, white admiral, timberman beetles, velvet ants) from the garden was amazing. The grass was overgrown when we arrived and needed a strim and a slash, but tools available in the shed and it was quite fun getting it sorted. The hill and water was quite hard work at the end of long days out with the kids walking in the mountains, but worth it for the privacy. Overall we loved it, with kids of age 5 and 8.

The house is beautiful and located in a quiet neighborhood and has a very beautiful view of the lake. We found the fire burning before arriving. The house was warm and the host received us with an excellent reception. The house is clean and beautiful and has all the necessities except a water kettle. We did not find it. Other things are excellent and available.

Just perfect! The host was very friendly and responded immediately to all messages. Everything was as described, even nicer than the pictures. You really feel like you're at home. I will be happy to book the villa again on my next Tatras visit. Absolutely recommended!

We had a short but sweet stay! I would highly recommend this property for larger families. Everything was pristine. The accommodation is light, modern and very spacious. The views of the mountains from the villa are something spectacular. The location itself is a close drive to many ski slopes and to the mountains for anyone who likes hiking. Marek's apartment has the best location in Mengusovce, I have stayed multiple times and he is a great host with great apartments. I will be staying all times due to great hospitality.

We had a great 4-night stay at Daniel's home. It has all the comforts a family needs. The garden is clean and closed. You can park inside the space. Daniel is very welcoming and helped us a lot. The gite is located in a quiet town. We highly recommend!

Beautiful traditional cabin in the High Tatras, which was what we were looking for. The hosts were responsive and helpful and we had a very nice relaxing time.

The accommodation is comfortable and spacious, in a quiet location. The beds are comfortable, which is not the case in all hostels. The kitchen is also well equipped with a sufficient amount of utensils. The courtyard has a beautiful view of the Tatras. We found all the equipment we needed, a special extra is the billiard. There are several larger shops not far from the accommodation. I would gladly choose it again.

I felt very comfortable. We were able to speak German. I had plenty of space to myself and a nice warm floor. Ideally accessible by car. Right at the bus stop, you go to the property. Tip for excursions: in Vysne Hágy you can park for free at the train station and take the train to the Tatraorte cheaply. There the parking spaces are quite expensive. I have spent five days at Daniel’s place with my parents and I cannot say enough good things about this house. The place looks brand new, inside and outside. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything to make dinner and espresso machine is a nice touch. The house is spacious and well lit. The area around the house is beautiful and it’s location allows quick access to spectacular hiking from Stary Smokovec. There are many good restaurants there as well. The host was very accommodating and quick to respond. I am looking forward to coming back to Daniel’s place with my family in the future.

This is my first airbnb booking in slovakia and I was a little hesitant at first. I didn't need to be Lucia is very responsive and very helpful. we arrived at a time we arranged.she gave us a tour and our excitement grew from room to room. the cottage is fantastic with a real old, warm and cosy feel. the fireplace. outdoor barbecue, tennis court and swimming pool were awesome. there is a small shop nearby which sells small snacks, a kids park about 30 seconds from the front door and woods immediately behind the property for nice woods nature walks. we travelled with a lot of young kids (from 1 to 8 years old) and they didn't have a minutes boredom in the whole stay. very reluctant to leave what was a cottage full of memories made. thanks Lucia, I'm sure we will be visiting again 👍

very nice place, clean, a lot of space, big sofa, nice garden. dog friendly, it is a very good option after a day of hiking. very good shower as well. Best
