I appreciate the accommodation! Recommended, good value for money.

We really like Gabriel's flat. The place is very quiet, and the room with the curtain closed is very dark, it seems that the day never dawns. The two air conditioners, one in the bedroom and the other in the kitchen room, were fundamental these days that the heat was at full steam. The pool, though small and shallow, was also wonderful to cool off, and we used it a lot. The condominium is in front of the beach, but the house inside the condominium is a little distant, so we received the wonderful tip from Maristela, the homemade, who told us to go by car to the concierge and leave the car inside the condominium, in security, under the various trees that exist there, then it was just passing through the concierge and we were already in the beach. Valuable tip, because the sun was popping castor. Anyway, Gabriel's flat is great for a couple to spend unforgettable moments for two. We love it.

Perfect lodging for dog travellers. My doguinhos felt at home and I at peace knowing that they were safe (with nowhere to run). The proximity to the highway is also an advantage for those who will follow their path. I recommend it.

Everything was very good, great house

wonderful place. The condominium is very safe. The house is wonderful,clean, organized, very complete and very cozy. And easy to access. The pool is wonderful. a negative point and that does not have air-conditioning in all the rooms(we already knew that) but Epitácio is very hot and unfortunately the fan does not count. But taking that away, everything and exactly as described. The rules of the clear houses. Whenever we had a question or any need, Gabriel answered us promptly. Prainha da Orla is wonderful and very familiar. We will be back for sure

Great stay, well-designed house.

The apartment has everything you need, it's well-equipped if you want to cook, the bedrooms have good beds and bedding, the bathroom with amenities ( shampoo, conditioner, soap), the whole apartment is well decorated and has air conditioning in the bedrooms and the living room (which is very good for a warm city like Presidente Prudente). There is a little market in the building. It is close to everything, market, pharmacy, restaurants and has a park to walk. The hostess is very kind and helpful and we feel at home. We have stayed 3 times at the house of Cassia, we highly recommend it.

It was okay, Mr. Rogério was very attentive. The place is in a great location and the apartment is very good. No doubt when we return to Prudente we will prefer Apto
