Extremely clean and cozy place. You can walk to Paraguay, easy access to markets, and close to downtown markets. I will come back again for sure!

Our stay was very good, we were very well received, the apartment was very clean and organized, the location is excellent because we could go on the tours easily, it is close to a very good market and we were able to prepare our breakfast with great products. The parking lot has a very good marked and covered space!

First time on Airbnb and I was very lucky to find Karin's accommodation. Very clean, organized, fragrant apartment with all the necessary items for a short stay in the center of Foz do Iguaçu. Accommodation close to everything and very quiet city, almost stopping lol. Perfect! Lots of communication with the host, lots of guidance, tips and helpfulness from Karin. We like it too much !!

The house is well equipped and transmits security, with entry and exit facilitated by the use of code at the gate. It comfortably accommodates 6 to 8 people, providing the necessary rest after the tours. Communication with the host, Daltro, was easy and efficient — we solved everything quickly. The pool was not in conditions of use, but this did not compromise our experience. I recommend it to everyone who is passing through Foz!

Beautiful modern house on a quiet street. The pool was really nice after a long hot day looking at the Falls. Great Italian restaurant within a two block walk. Perfect for what we needed. I would highly recommend staying here.

Everything was great! Newly renovated apartment, furniture, appliances, everything new and of excellent quality. It met the demand very well, even though it was small. For us, a couple, it was perfect. The apartment has amenities such as instant coffee, salt, sugar and a water filter (cold and regular). Refrigerator with freezer, cool for those who will spend more time. In the building, polite and helpful concierge staff. The parking space we rented from Júlio is great, no maneuvering problems. Well located for meals and other tourist attractions as described. When we return to Foz, we'll stay there. :)

They're available on WhatsApp, quick to respond, help with any issue even if it's not related to the listing. Giving recommendations for great restaurants in the area. Large apartment with several beds available. Very well located for walking around the center and close to bus stops that take you to the most touristy spots. Highly recommended.
