The only observation is about the balcony, as it was dirty due to the pigeons that stayed there. A suggestion put screen in the balcony. Because I couldn't use it due to birds (pigeons) that were there and made a lot of noise. The rest were very organized and clean as in the description. Good location. Large and comfortable space.

Dona Balbina welcomed us very well! The house is extremely clean and organized. The house offers several amenities: water filter, coffee, sugar, condiments, pots, coffee maker, blender and bath towels. All the basics you need is there. Great stay and would come back more often.

The stay was great, the apartment is simple, but comfortable. I had no signal at the waterfall and forgot to explain the check-in to my in-laws, but Clarissa told them what to do. The location is great too.

To begin with, the place is super cozy, the hosts are very helpful and the space met all expectations. There is a small trail in the condominium, which leads to a small waterfall, which was perfect for me and my baby. We'll be back for sure and we'll stay there. Lots of privacy, the calm we needed. We woke up to the sound of macaws flying around the house.
