Great location! The house is big, beds very comfy with high quality pillows and duvets. The kitchen is very well equipped, we had everything we needed! The kids really enjoyed the trampoline and the swing. Great hosts! Thank you very much!

We were very impressed with the apartment and hosting! Everything is superlative and it is fully felt the involvement of Mr. Iorga and your interest in ensuring the comfort of the tenants. The apartment is fully accessorized and very clean. We will definitely come back with pleasure! :-)

Great studio close to the Slopes in Poiana Brașov! We've really enjoyed staying at Andrei's place and would come back anytime. The place was very clean and the fact that there's a washer-dryer was a life saver, especially after a full day of snowboarding! The only small inconvenience was the fact that the parking is not allocated, as it's on street parking, and if you arrive late it might take a few minutes to find a space. However, there's quite a few zones highlighted in the instructions, which ensures you will find a space, even if you might need to spend some time to find it.

Cosy 2 rooms was the perfect choice to spend our ski holiday in Predeal, the location being quite close to the Clăbucet slope. The place is welcoming, very clean and with many upgrades. I appreciated that the water in the shower comes immediately hot, you don't have to wait for it to heat up and as a bonus it doesn't even affect if at the same time someone else was using the hot water from the kitchen while another was taking a bath. The bathroom mirror has demisting, another plus for the bathroom! In the cabinets we found enough spare duvets. In the evening we enjoyed playing Scrabble and Quixo, games found on the shelves in the living room, the kids also browsed some books from the library. The apartment has 2 TVs as well. The husband was glad that he could watch his football games in the evening after we came off the slopes, only after the night went out. Predeal is a beautiful resort offering a vast range for winter sports. Alex, thank you for staying at your beautiful place, for your help and prompt response! 🤗

The house is spacious and comfortable with a private bathroom attached to each room. The kitchen is fully equipped and the upper floor has snooker and ping pong.. we enjoyed passing the time... Entering the house is a bit tricky, but you learn, and get along. Overall, the house is recommended. We had a lot of fun

We decided to stay here for 3 nights during the Massif festival period and we don't regret it at all. Ciprian is a very respectful and friendly person, he was also always ready to help if needed. I have never before met an owner that was this focused over the well-being of his guest. The location is amazing, it was super close to the Massif festival but not that close to get disturbed by the music from it. It is also super easy to reach the destination with a car. In the Vila de Aur complex you will also find a mini-market from where you can purchase any basic needs. This helped us a lot to save time from looking for other shopping centers. The apartment 10 where we stayed was clean and organized. It's not a new apartment but it's a cosy one for sure. I will totally come back here at least one more time. Thank you for a great vacation Mr. Ciprian, and good luck on the future!

The apartment was very well equipped, we had everything we needed. It was clean and tidy. Situated in a resort near the forests and the Carpatian mountains, so the view from the balcony was amazing! The local recommandations were very helpful. We reported about some technical issues in the bathrooms which were resolved in the next day, thank you. In overall, great apartment for a family.

A very cozy and nice room in a villa. The atmosphere of 1900s in the room is really cool, it should be extended to the surroundings. The host is very responsive and helpful. The location is pretty good for mountain hikes and it is and easily accessible.

We had a great experience in this apartment and we highly recommend it! The space is clean, well organized and extremely comfortable. Nice apartment with everything you need for short or long stay. walk able to the old town in 40 minutes or Uber / Bolt for less than 3 Euro. Very responsive host in communication. Highly recommended!

Great place for a family stay. Plenty of space, super quiet and very comfortable. Had all the amenities you would need and everything was in top condition. The host's parents live next door and we're super friendly and helpful. Parking was easy and the old town was a comfortable walk away. There is also a smaller town square with restaurants, a cafe and groceries just down the road. Great view from the rooftop terrace (thank you Elena for showing the kids up there, they had a great time making snowmen!). Highly recommended - worlds best according to my 7y/o daughter!

We spent a week in this wonderful place, and it greatly exceeded our expectations. Alex is a very hospitable, chill, and accommodating host, not to mention he has excellent taste in furnishing and decorating. What made our stay even more memorable was the breathtaking view to the mountanins this place offers. If you choose to stay here, you’ll find everything you need for your trip and more, as the amenities are bountiful. The place was spotless, in a very quiet area, and we enjoyed our stay to the fullest.

Great apartment! Loads of space and beds were comfortable. The parking space was great and was tall ( we had a car topper on our car). There was air conditioning (though we didn’t use it) and a washer/dryer combo. The apartment had everything you needed. Cosmin communicated very well and the instructions were clear with pictures. The neighborhood was quiet but wasn’t far from the mall (very walkable). Would highly recommend!
