Te Ara Cottage Tranquil Retreat

Beautiful charming cottage with fantastic view. The cottage has a queen bed, a sitting room, shower, bath and toilet with own deck. Not self-contained but has gas burners, bbq set outside on the deck and microwave, mini fridge, kettle and toaster inside. Tea/Plunger coffee are provided. There is a walking track below the cottage and also more walks around here. We are located in Diamond Harbour, 20min walk to jetty that you can catch a ferry to Lyttelton, only 10min ride, beautiful journey

The Studio @ Raupo Creek - Rural, self contained.

Peaceful, two bedroom studio, stand alone Garden room with queen bed also available (extra charge), rural outlook. 10 minutes from Christchurch CBD or gateway to Selwyn district, very handy for Lincoln, Prebbleton, Akaroa and the bays, very handy to several popular Wedding venues in the area. Plenty of free parking, TV, Wifi, ideal for couples or families. Separate laundry facilities and additional toilet situated close by. Pets negotiable, grazing and facilities for horses also available.

Guest House on acreage - quiet and private setting

Our house has a self contained guest house situated on a 4ha (10 acre) lifestyle block offering you a quiet and peaceful location. It has a comfortable queen size bed with separate ensuite, kitchen and lounge. We can accommodate an extra adult/child (double sofa bed or single mattress) we have all the necessary things for babies and toddlers. Tea, coffee, milk and toast come free of charge. We are located 12 minutes from Christchurch CBD, near Prebbleton and 15 minutes to the airport.

THE BIRD'S NEST - Secluded getaway!

The Birds Nest is a secluded and boutique cabin nestled amongst the tree tops and away from other houses. This luxury hideaway provides the peace and quiet of nature, whilst maintaining close proximity to all that the city and suburbs has to offer. Relax & unwind at this unique and rustic getaway. This stand alone cottage which is centrally located in Rolleston, is an ideal place to stopover between the bottom and top of the South Island or a couple wanting to see the sights of Selwyn. The cottage has a self contained kitchenette, separate bathroom, shower, toilet, wood burner, heater, heated towel rail. Private courtyard with laziboy chairs, breakfast area in/outside, Bbq and French doors opening up to a lovely pond with trout

Roker Street Retreat

This luxurious, spacious studio offers a contemporary, quiet retreat with a distinctly Kiwi feel. Nestled in a fantastic neighbourhood on our Somerfield property, we are close to the city and the hills so you'll have the best Ōtautahi (Christchurch) has to offer close at hand. The studio boasts a super comfortable King bed, an ensuite with generous shower, built in home office and small lounge area. Outside there is a private deck with outdoor furniture and a spa.

Mizpeh Estate - Country Retreat

You can relax in this fully self contained unit. A home away from home with all the amenities to cook or simply chill. A super king bed, complete with a wet room bathroom. You can pat our pet sheep and chickens and wander in the tree lane and sit on the park bench. We are in close proximity to the well known Raspberry Cafe and The Store (Tai Tapu). Lincoln Township is only a 7 minute drive. The Rail Trail Bicycle track to Little River and Tai Tapu Course is close by.
