The Old School House and Sauna

The building with its Wabi Sabi interior was once the village school for Rensow. The house has a max. of 10 beds, WabiSabi 1 (2 pers) & WabiSabi 2 (6 pers). A double room (2 pers) can be extra booked. There is a wild garden next to the house, which you are welcome to use. In the middle apart. of the house you find a larger kitchen where you can cook and sit together: 10 pers. would definitely be on the cosier side of things! Let us know if you'd like to use it as a film or photo shoot location.

If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place to be. From the bedroom you have beautiful views of the estate park. Our house is spacious and sunny. We can easily accommodate 8 to 10 and at a pinch 11 guests. The house is suitable for people with disabilities. WiFi is available. Separately, we have built a new sauna with an additional double bed/relaxation room and en suite bathroom. In the garden (4000 sqm) lies a large swimming pool (14x5m)), which can be heated on request. The apartment is in a historic building. We modernized in 2002. It was renovated in 2016, preserving its character.

In the garden you will find 2 terraces, an outdoor hot tub with 35 degrees water temperature, a shed and 2 parking spaces.

The semi-detached house is located in an idyllic village (Kessin) 2 km from the city center of Rostock. In the center of town you will find a modern bakery where you can have breakfast or get a piece of cake for coffee in the afternoon. A shopping facility is accessible in 2 minutes by car (Lidl). The beach is 20 minutes by car. (A20 and A19 are directly connected). Kessin is right on the Warnow. A boat and canoe rental can be reached in a few minutes by car.
