Vacation rentals with a patio in Praya Barat

Great value and an amazing team (special thanks to Lio!). The garden is very big with a good sized pool that has steps for kids to stand and play on (lots of kids toys also available) and plenty of outdoor seating to relax. Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the shower had ample hot water. Appreciated the 24-hour security to let guests in and out of the complex and the super central location - right by the main road, close to all the restaurants and shops. Can’t wait to come back with my family again soon!

The house was spotless, and Ruggero & Julia were incredibly helpful! Living right next door, they made everything easy — offering great local recommendations, arranging transportation, and even helping with a scooter rental. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing time in Villa Avalon thanks to Endang and the whole team. The Villa features everything you need for having a good time. The beds are so comfy and outdoor bathrooms are spacious. The main road in Kuta Lombok with all the nice restaurants and shops is in walking distance. We also opted for a scooter to explore Lombok ourselves and got support from Endang and team in every matter. Would definitely recommend Villa Avalon to everyone!

The view was very beautiful and the quality of the accommodation was good. But at night, if you leave the lights on, the bugs come in, so you have to keep it dark, and the address provided on Airbnb was incorrect, so it was difficult to find the accommodation. Everything was satisfactory except for that.

Great place. The place was clean, the pool was refreshing and the kitchen had everything you need to cook your own meals. The staff was very friendly and helpful in recommendations for food and things to do. Highly recommend staying here while in Kuta Lombok

Our family of four loved staying at Salty Siesta! Even though we got really unlucky with the weather, the apartment was super cozy and we really enjoyed both the cute pool and the many great recommendations from owner Wayne! We were surprised about how many really nice restaurants there were in walking distance - special shout out to Pronto Pizza and Klub Kembali! Wayne took great care of us and was around whenever we needed help or information. The apartment (and the garden) are very well equipped, with a great comfy bed and lots of thoughtful touches. We loved the styling with numerous handpicked decorations. The nearby beach offered great sunsets and good surfing opportunities. We’d love to come again!

Would have stayed longer if we could. Beautiful home full of character and located directly on a long beach. Ideal space for 4 couples with privacy. Extremely well designed for an easy holiday with a great swimmable pool and lots of shade. Wonderful little quiet hotel next door with an amazing restaurant that delivers anything to your home whenever you want . The best food we have found so far in Lombok so no need to cook at all. The team were also great. Well done. Enjoy.

It's a very nice place to stay. We were together with our son of 2 and this villa is super suitable for that. Joe was incredibly helpful with everything, but also gave us plenty of privacy. Bikes are available to explore the neighborhood and the beach is 5 min away. Also, our cottage was cleaned every day. I definitely recommend this place!

Excellent place to stay. the host was very responsive and accommodating. The location is close to everything, very peaceful, private and secure. The shower even had hot water! If you want a scooter to get around, delivery was seamless and easy and was reasonably priced.
