The Villa has a modern architectural style with large open spaces on the first floor. All the walls, both inside and out, are unpainted, plastered brick walls, and there are some wooden details that give the whole villa a rustic feel. We have put a lot of thought into arranging the common areas on the 1st floor so that they feel fully integrated as part of the outdoor areas and the swimming pool.
