Des Arc Bayou Hideaway

We loved it here. It’s right on the water, with the boat ramp literally right beside it. The bottom of the house was in closed like a garage and that made it so much easier to get dress for hunting down there than having to drag waders inside. The inside of the house was spacious and very clean. The instructions on how to check in/check out were short, sweet, and to the point ( which is what we want and love ) The bathroom was FULLY stocked with towels and wash cloths! Lee was fast to respond and answer any questions we had and even made a point to check in with us. We hope to continue to stay here in the future ! 10/10 recommend

My family and I very pleased with our stay at Andrew's. The price for 3 days was awesome as campgrounds were charging Crazy prices for a campsite due to the Eclipse. The directions were very precise and clear. Andrew checked with us on our arrival time and made sure to tell us to pull into his driveway from the North (as this was easier to back a camper in since backing a camper is a challenge anyways). Once we arrived, the area was as pictured and described on the post. I knocked on Andrew's door and let him know that we had arrived. He was very polite and courteous, and told us about a very nice Sporting Goods store in the area that we might like to go to and he even told us about the weather in the area on Eclipse day since this was our main reason for visiting. Andrew gave us our privacy and we had no issues. If we are ever in the area again with our camper and need a place that is safe to park for a couple of days, we will def. stay again. Thank you, Lacy

Walking distance to the White River. This true log cabin is 30 mil to Stuttgart, Arkansas known as “Duck Hunting Capital of the World.” However, there’s no reason to leave De Valls Bluff! Quick walking distance to public land for hunting - no boat needed. Plenty of parking for boats + trucks if desired. Hunters welcome! Cabin was formerly used as “Red Oak Duck Camp” owned by world champion duck caller + NFL QB Devlin “Duck” Hodges, who is engaged to Grammy-winning country artist Lainey Wilson

Was a great place for a guys duck hunting trip. Right on the water with boat ramp right beside house. Get views and very easy boat ride to some great ducks holes. Owners were very helpful and friendly.
