Villa vacation rentals in Praialonga

Nicola is an incredibly friendly, helpful and present host. The apartment is very close to the sea, within walking distance and also accessible to wheelchairs. The main beach is free and on the side there are 2 equipped beaches, then still free beaches for hundreds of meters, including one that allows dogs, despite there being no physical boundaries or special controls (at least in the first week of September, the time I went on vacation). Both Nicola's entire property and the beaches are very clean, the sea doesn't need to talk: it's wonderful!! Who knows, maybe I'll be back one day! Ps. The backyard is dominated by cats of all ages that I love to madness! Some are more friendly than others, but not at all disturbing. Our dog survived with peace of mind.

The house is located on a plot of land where there are also other inhabited and abandoned villas. The area is very quiet and far from the center of Capo Rizzuto. A supermarket is available in the center just a few minutes away by car. The apartment consists of the ground floor and an attached terrace/garden. You can park your car inside the gate to make loading and unloading even easier. The interiors have been recently renovated and are equipped with everything necessary. Ideal for stays with children. The outdoor shower is very helpful. The descent to the sea is reached within walking distance, but the stairs can be difficult for small children who are best carried in the arms. The beach is worth the whole expense: clean sand, sea always clear and protected from the waves by two breakwaters. Our kids spent whole days in the water and had the best time. Impeccable host.

Overall this place was exactly as advertised. Beautiful views and and amazing outdoor area that we took full advantage of, including the relaxing outdoor shower. Private parking and a quick drive to anywhere you needed to get to. I would highly recommend staying here 10/10

Pizzo was the most southern point of our Italian vacations. After visiting historical Ponpei and Piza, this place was exactly the pount we needed to recharge our battaries. The beach which you can reach in a minute, anazing views of the sun going right intonthe sea and the sea itself, all these gives you a fewling of being in heaven. Comfortable house, wonderful people, who are always ready to support and amazing equipment of the house make this feeling complete.

It was a lovely getaway. The host was very helpful and friendly. The house was completely as described, very spacious, clean, equipped with everything you need (and even more). The area near the house is huge, well-maintained, with a diverse landscape . Excellent place for a large group. There are supermarkets and great restaurants within reach. The coastline is deserted and the sea is crystal clear. There are many locations with ancient castles nearby. An unforgettable experience was made by authentic villages. We will definitely come back to this value place.

It was a great choice for a few quiet and peaceful days. The house where you can relax surrounded by nature, the wonderful sea that you can reach in 8-10 minutes, smiling and caring hosts... They also provided solutions to every need we had in the shortest time. It was the best house and the best host for the houses we have stayed in so far. I recommend it wholeheartedly to everyone. We were very pleased.

The apartment has everything you need. We enjoyed the self check-in/check-out. The village is well-kept and very quiet in September (a plus for us), the sea is a 2-minute walk away. By car, the main towns, beaches and villages of the Costa degli Aranci are easily and quickly accessible. Mr. Giuseppe's directions were precise, telephone communication quick and pleasant. Highly recommended

We had a peaceful and enjoyable family time at this place. The accommodation is exactly as described and has hosted us very comfortably (4 people). The beautiful terrace with sea views and the private beach in the immediate vicinity guarantee to make the most of a privileged geographical location and one of the most beautiful coastline in all of Calabria. Lucia was a perfect and considerate host: responsive, cordial, accommodating and providing advice to ensure a successful stay. It was a very nice way to close our summer vacation and an experience that we will be delighted to repeat in the future.

Peace, tranquillity AND privacy, not spoiled even by the occasional music from Zambrone resorts below. A family of 4 adults & 1 young child, we managed to get around in quite extreme heat without a car using local trains & the occasional taxi but the climb from beaches to the Villa is challenging! Scooters might be good. No oven but induction hob, sandwich toaster & kettle for cooking but we managed fine without. Swimming pool more for dips than meaningful lap swimming but often we had it to ourselves. The air con couldn't quite cope with the heat of late July/early August but then neither could we:) We LOVED the big garden swing, the amazing views of the coast & the SUNSETS! Markus is a really considerate host who responded quickly whenever necessary. And Francesco offers great local support. Our arrival flight was delayed so Francesco needed to be at the Villa late at night to greet us and he was really welcoming and helpful. A lovely place to stay.

Beautiful house in the middle of the green, surrounded only by olive groves and fruit trees, wildlife, crickets. If you love peace & seclusion, this is the place. You're really all alone here, far from civilization. The view of the sea from the terrace is fantastic. The apartments are stocked with everything you could need. Outdoor grill and pool are great options, but we were also a lot on the beautiful beaches of the surrounding area. Ilario is great and gave many recommendations, especially the restaurant Le Zagare we liked very much (delicious pizza!).

This is the most beautiful place. Easy beach access and all the accommodations you need. We hope to be back someday

The Villa is amazing, everything we expected and more. As a lot of the other reviews have said we had plans to explore the local area but we spent a lot of our time in the pool and in the garden as it was perfect. The view every morning was breath taking, I’d throughly recommend staying at this place. We visited during a heatwave, so the pool was a welcome relief, Anna was also able to provide fans which were really useful. Air con in the bedrooms during the heat wave would have been great, but to be honest for the rest of the time, an open window and a fan was fine. The local area was great for day trips, especially San lúcido which was beautiful and had lots of nice restaurants and bars. We’ve all had a fantastic time and are sad to be leaving. Thanks for the great holiday!

We were in Zambrone from April 7-14, 2025. In this period, Calabria is still preparing for the tourist season. Advantage: wonderfully quiet, drawback: abandoned in the smaller villages and little open. We had wonderful weather and were able to fully enjoy Pawel's beautiful villa. He is a 5 star host!

Although I never met Gianluca, he was very helpful, friendly, and responded promptly. I would definitely recommend his place to any. I will definitely be back.

Our stay went very well despite us missing our flight the first night and me losing my luggage for the night. Gabriella was kind by lending me a few outfits until my luggage arrived. We had lunch ready for us as well. Half way through our stay, it was cleaned for us. Gabriella helped arrange for transportation to and from airport as well as a local tour guide. Everyone was wonderful, friendly and helpful. The few times we had questions, they were answered and managed promptly. Thank you again for everything you did for us. We really enjoyed our stay.

Massimo is a very friendly and helpful host, everytime available if there should be any questions. We loved staying at his house on the calabrian countryside with cows, sheep and olivetrees as our neighbours. We would come back anytime without hesitating.
