Vacation rentals with beach access in Praia Vila de Santo Antônio

We loved our stay at apart H104 of Cond Ykutiba. Everything in the apart was new, clean and organized. I booked the last minute, sent msg and was promptly answered, we requested check in before the time and we were answered. We arrived at the concierge and the key was already available and soon after came to Edina, to inspect the apart with me... it was very polite and pleasant. We'll definitely be back more often.

Everything was amazing❣︎ The place felt like 🏡 with an amazing bed. The fragrance at the apartment was delightful ❤︎ New construction, beautiful design, great for family with kids. They even have a 🍿 maker. A perfect location, 200 meters from downtown ( street village), pharmacy and supermarkets with a walking distance. About 5 minutes walking from Tamar’s (sea turtle) and jubarte’s (humpback whale 🐋 ) projects. A beautiful and hidden beach called ( Lord’s beach) is about 10 min walking. If you decide o check this beach, please check the tide level as the true beauty is when the tide is low. You can find natural sea’s pool and see a lot of cute fishes.

Everything can be summed up with the legend of a painting in the apartment: "Meu Paraíso é onde estou" (My Paradise is where I am). Beautiful apartment in a dream location!! The best benefits of a 5-Star Resort... but without people!! And an impressive beach just a few meters away. A real paradise!! Impossible not to come back!!!

This is the third time we've stayed at Nilma's apartment… that says a lot about our opinion of the place. The apartment is well equipped, we loved the space and location. This time we had a small setback with the air-conditioners in the rooms, but it was quickly resolved. I hope we can get back soon.

As a foreigner, it fulfilled the main thing, safety. My wife and my 8 and 10 year old children felt safe at all times. It is a private and very safe condominium, the facilities of the place, its restaurant and direct and private access to the spectacular beach. On the other hand, the apartment is what you see in the photos, it complies with the stipulations and more, the air conditioning and the kitchen work perfectly, the bathrooms are very clean. The only moderately low point was the small beds in one room, very hard, it needs to renew the mattress, but it didn't affect my stay at all, it was 10 wonderful days. For foreigners like me, it's important to rent a vehicle since the supermarkets are approximately 3 kilometers away and obviously other tourist attractions. In short, the best place I have stayed in Brazil and it is already my 8th trip. I would clearly repeat the destination and above all the apartment, which is 100%.

The place has all the amenities you can expect and more. It's in the middle of everything to do. The bed was great, super comfortable. Communication with Enio was always fluid and with helpful recommendations.

The location is perfect , lies between the main street of shops and restaurants and the beach. There the beach is not so beautiful, but it is possible to walk for 7 minutes to the beach of the hat or 15 min to the beach of the Lord (which is the most beautiful). Tamar Project next to see turtles. A point against is the noise of the street (you can't be a very sensitive person or sleep too early), but at 10 am or 11 am everything gets calmer.

Ana's house is extremely comfortable, clean and with everything we need for a perfect stay. Great quality and super fragrant linens and towels. The sea view and the sound of the waves are very relaxing. Very close to the village, we went on foot every day. Not to mention Ana's kindness, always helpful and friendly. It was an amazing time there!

The house is excellent! The kitchen is very well equipped, we don't miss any items. Clean and cozy environment! Telma always very helpful and responsive in response. We recommend and intend to come back more often! Score 10!

Lucas is a great host! Always attentive and available to answer any questions! The village is excellent, well-structured and clean! The very well equipped home and the experience was amazing! I hope to return more often with family! Everyone loved it!

The house is great, as are the rooms and facilities. Communication with Mrs. Taís and his father were excellent.

It was a wonderful experience for me and my family. We'll definitely be back more often. Cozy house and the distinguishing characteristic was the fact that it had a bathroom in each room, which gives us even greater privacy, especially when we go with other couples.

The house is wonderful, just like the photos, the owners are extremely helpful. We were made to feel very welcome. Bed linen and impeccable cleaning. The condominium is secure and the golf cart helps a lot in accessing the beach. It would go back a thousand times. We hired Chef Gislania's service and Marluce and Day's services, all very dear, received us daily with wonderful food and an amazing smile.

A fully equipped house (mainly the kitchen), spacious air-conditioned rooms and a wonderful view of the beach. The house of Indaiara is exactly like the photos published. Indaiara was very attentive before and during my stay and I was very kindly received by Angelica and Luis. I don't know of such a nice house, with that family house spirit, and so well located. A perfect place to go with family and friends and rest. I intend to return!

FANTASTIC! We recommend! Our experience was amazing!!! [March/2025] Great location!!! Near the TAMAR, close to the beach, close to restaurants, bars and general commerce. The apartment is all decorated, equipped and was very clean! It still has very good infrastructure! Pool area with chairs and umbrellas, freezers, 24-hour concierge and 2 parking spaces. The reception was good and the ease of check-in and check-out was also a positive point. The balcony is very nice, spacious and airy, with sofa and a table. The living room is small, integrated into the kitchen and has a sofa, TV, cabinets and air-conditioning. The kitchen is very equipped, has a table, minibar, fridge, microwave, electric oven, stove and many household appliances. The 1st room has 2 single beds, with 2 extra mattresses, very spacious wardrobe and air conditioning. The 2nd pav room has 1 double bed, spacious wardrobe and air conditioning. It's well worth it!

The apartment is very clean, organized, and met our expectations. Renato is always helpful. When we can, we'll be back!

Exactly as described! Fantastic apartment! Fantastic pool! Great location! The pool area was under maintenance but the pool was being allowed to use the pool that did not hinder me!

The stay was wonderful! The view of the apartment is amazing both to see the nature and to see the pool of the condominium, which is beautiful. The condominium is super quiet, quiet, great to rest with the family and close to restaurants, bakery, hamburger, etc… The apartment was impeccable, super clean, well-equipped, smelly and extremely comfortable. In addition, Larissa was super available and attentive. We'll definitely be back whenever we can. We really love it!

Wonderful stay, with lots of privacy — at least during the period we have been staying. The apartment has a great structure to accommodate guests and, for those who want to cook, has all the kitchenware. We also take advantage of the pool area, with very attentive and friendly staff. And what about the beach? What a beautiful and exclusive view! The feeling of being on a deserted beach is simply stunning.

Very well-equipped apartment with sea view, with practically private beach. A paradise! Excellent condominium with a swimming pool facing the sea and a fitness center. Jorge is very attentive and helpful. We had an unforgettable stay and left wanting to return soon to stay in the same apartment!
