And a ballroom equipped with access to the pool and a gourmet space with a barbecue and a full kitchen. Inside, it has air-conditioning in all the bedrooms. The living room has a fireplace, a full kitchen plus an excellent barbecue with an exhaust fan. Note: The pool only heats up with strong sun, only in the height of summer, and on a windless day.

It is located in the middle of the Atlantic Forest, in a 5,000 m2 fenced area, where you can have privacy, far from the hustle and bustle of the cities.
