Vacation rentals with a sauna in Praia Rasa

My stay was wonderful! The place is exactly like in the pictures: everything very clean, organized and with all the information of the ad being faithfully followed. The view is simply perfect, and the location is excellent, close to everything I needed. The host responds super fast and was very attentive throughout the stay. I recommend it with my eyes closed and I would definitely return!

Excellent stay, great location, has shops around you that cater to every need. Apartment equipped with virtually everything, air-conditioning and fans working perfectly. Leisure area with great swimming pool and is really a foot in the sand😄, as from the leisure area you pass directly to the beach. However, this beach has strong waves, not being so recommended for children, but the region is beautiful and has many other calm and quiet. It's worth knowing, it's just perfect! About the hostess, we only have compliments, answered us promptly in all contacts, I just have to thank you, we will come back more often for sure.

Gostei mt of the accommodation,all according to the photos ,the condominium and BOM has a good MT sauna, an easy access garage. About the apartment I thought I could improve the shower the water falls MT next to the wall , it could lengthen it a little bit more.

Apartment clean, comfortable, easy access, next to Prainha. For those who go by car and will use the garage, a special attention to the hotel's valetters, very helpful, proactive and kind. I recommend the apartment of Vanja!

The apartment is in a beautiful place! The condominium is quiet and very comfortable. The neighborhood is very picturesque, we loved the view of the island! A place with all the amenities!!!

It was my first time in Arraial do Cabo with my family, and I was lucky to have found this accommodation from Thiago and Renata, it made my experience the best possible, amazing people, they answer questions and respond quickly to messages. And the impeccable apartment fulfills what it promises, cold water filter, household items, games for leisure, beach chair, sun guard among others… I will certainly return more often.

The stay was excellent! The location is amazing and everyone is very cordial in the condominium. All brand-new, well-maintained, well equipped. I loved Gabriel's receptivity, super staying with him again. I recommend bringing a spare towel if you are staying less than 7 and more than 3 days. They have all the kitchen items, and everything is very new and of quality. Amei!

Our stay was exceptional. From the moment we got to our exit we were very well assisted. The house has an excellent structure, is very well taken care of, has jacuzzi and BBQ area. We arrived and the freezer and refrigerator were already on. Very clean linen and towels were provided. As a differential they still provide beach chairs and a special affection with children's sand toys. The house is in front of the beach of João Fernandes, the most beautiful in b***s. I would like to leave a special thank you to Leni, who has welcomed us wonderfully well, very attentive, makes flawless food and makes the stay even better!!

The house is spectacular, better than in the photos. Super equipped for the stay, several bathrooms, ideal for large groups, additional items such as sun loungers and umbrella, it has access to Playa Das Velas, the condominium is super quiet and family-friendly. It has a very good shared gazebo too. The attention from Saulo and all the people in the Condominium was also very good. It's far from downtown, but we got around very well with transfer and Uber, you're a few minutes away. It has a supermarket nearby and the location is very quiet.

Great house, really like in the pictures. Great location and close to everything (you need to use a car to go to the beach). Cozy, safe and family-friendly location. Host super attentive and easy to communicate. The only point to improve would be the air-conditioning (they make a lot of noise and get in the way of sleep). The house is wonderful! Extremely clean, organized, perfect location, close to Rua das Pedras and glued to oven beach that is one of the most beautiful beaches in Brazil. The house is great, very spacious, all rooms very well organized and clean. In addition, utensils and kitchen items are varied and very useful. Carlos was also requested to answer us without delay and offering clear information.

I'm not a public review, but I always read the reviews that help me decide. So I'm starting to leave some of my experience. Luciana's house is wonderful! The condominium is very quiet and with very friendly people. Everything impeccable! It was just not very clear to me the issue of towels and sheets and I ended up not taking it. However, she offered me the towels and linens that were already in the beds (but not very good). So lightweight: bed and bath linens, soap, toilet paper (she leaves two rolls) and phosphor. Important also leave your home with the location it sends, as if you put it by the address you go to another location. She takes time to respond, so do this in advance. The site is about 30 minutes from the Centre in the day and about 40 min at night because of traffic. But, nearby there is Porto da Barra at Manguinhos beach which is wonderful! And is a block from Rasa Beach. Anyway, we had a wonderful weekend!

Check-in was very good, the host was very nice and explained everything to us, the bathroom was very clean and tidy, the pool was also very clean. A very cozy and nice place. One block from the train station and a business and restaurant, everything was great.
