The house eh exactly as in the pictures, very cozy, simply perfect. The host also very top, always very helpful and gave great tips on what to do in the area. An excellent house to spend a day with family, especially those who have a child, because in addition to the swimming pool, the beaches in the vicinity are of calm waters great for bathing.

The house is very good, it is in a quiet area, but it is good to be by car to go to Maragogi and other places. The view is incredible and has a good leisure area. The only detail is that the beds are a bit stiff... Overall I recommend it. I thought it was a great value for money.

We stayed for 7 days, as a family, at Geisa's house. She and her son Pablo were attentive, kind and helpful in all our needs. The house is as shown in the photos, cozy and clean. Very close to the beach, which is excellent and quiet. We'll be back more often 🙏🙏❤️

Luanda's house is amazing! My husband and I had great days there, the house is quite large, more ideal even for more guests, but we fell in love with the view in the photos and I can say that it was very worthwhile to have chosen it. The proximity to the beach is also a highlight! Tatuamunha beach in my opinion is the best and most beautiful on the ecological route (if you like quiet beaches with little movement this is the place) I hope to have the chance to return and if so, I would certainly choose Luanda's property again!

We stayed at the house for 2 weeks and loved staying there, super quiet and very cozy place. The house has everything you need from bath towels to all kitchen utensils… a wonderful pool that my son woke up at 6 to get into the pool… Kaka the guy who takes care of the house is extremely attentive and dedicated to this house as if it were his! every time we needed help he always responded and was at the house in less than 1 hour! We love being in this house and we will certainly visit more often! Thank you Dona Cristina and Kaká, very dear and humble people.

Casa with good location, close to the beach and a little further from the center (still to go on easy walking), great for those looking for quiet, home with 4/4 air-conditioned, clean and with reasonable space. Also air-conditioned room, good leisure area with pool and barbecue area (which needs a roof, because it is in the sun, but served the purpose well), garage was 4 cars without disturbing the circulation, large kitchen and equipped with all necessary utensils. I will definitely refer you and come back again!

Very good place, cozy, clean, close to the sea...

The experience of the stay was extremely satisfactory, we spent happy and restful days at the house. The space is exactly as shown in the photos, very clean, organized and with several leisure options to get the kids off the screens. The pool is another strong point, always at a pleasant temperature and at night the water gets even warmer, as if it were heated. The hostess, Karyna, was always ready for any need that arose. Similarly, the caretaker, Antonio, and the cook, Maria, were cordial and very helpful. The condominium is quiet and wooded, close to the beach, however the stretch did not please us very much, because despite being a beautiful place, because it is close to the river, the water was a little cloudy and with vegetation, which did not make the bath so inviting. However, this was not a major obstacle, as the house is very close to two other beaches (about 4 km). Anyway, the experience was excellent and we want to come back again and again.

We were greeted with so much affection that we felt at home from the very first moment! The house is simply wonderful: very clean, organized and full of details designed for our comfort. All we needed was there — and even more! The pool is delicious and the location, close to the beach, is perfect. Dani and Pi are amazing hosts, caring and generous, who put love in every corner. Our gratitude for providing such special days! Without a doubt, we will return and recommend with our eyes closed.

Larissa's listing was exactly what we found and what we were looking for. Cozy house, good cook, canoeists in front to take a beautiful ride with lunch inside the sea made by them (Mr. Pedro and family) all people we met there, very helpful and welcoming. The only thing I feel is: I miss it!!! Larissa, you are very attentive, I needed information and you always answered me promptly. I just want to thank you for everything we found there!

The house is fantastic!!! Airy environment with amazing natural lighting. The rooms are very cozy and the bed is very comfortable. The kitchen met the demands of 10 people well, all utensils were very clean and varied. The host throughout the period provided us with information quickly and was very flexible with the schedules. We spent happy days with the family and we intend to return again!!

Recommended to return but sometimes the house is great close to the beach several shops near quiet place for those who want to rest

Giuseppe was very attentive and the accommodations corresponded to the advertised. My only recommendation is how the lighting outside the house (in access) could be more illuminated, the most WE LOVE the STAY!!!!

Our stay was wonderful, the house super cozy, we arrived and the housekeeper was waiting for us to give explanations about the house, super friendly, I needed a person to cook and Cláudia indicated the housekeeper's wife, Eliane, wonderful, super good people with us. Clean pool, wonderful housefront Mar, the house is in front of the natural pool, 5 minutes walking when the tide is low. We are sure to come back more often. Super cozy and pleasant atmosphere!!!

Manatee house is quite spacious and very clean, has air-conditioning in every room, super airy, totally shaded by the fruit trees, has all the necessary utensils, excellent location for those who want to rest and recharge. In addition, the host left us a lot of treats: a tray of fruit, bubbly, wine and chocolates, making our stay even more delicious! We would highly recommend it!

The house is spectacular, with direct access to the beach and a private pool. The place is amazing. We really enjoyed the house. Everything was fine. Everything is highly recommended.

The house is very well located. It has a nearby waterfront with a playground, public market, supermarket, restaurants, ice cream parlor and the beach is in front. The bath was lovely. We missed a fan and it was readily available. The house and furniture, as a whole, are more rustic, but it was enough to make the days pleasant with the family. Great value for money. Alexandre is a great host!

Casa located in good gated condominium with exclusive access to the beach and the Hibiscus Beach Club. Well equipped with appliances and kitchenware. Very nice. The beach, although still in the City of Maceió, is quite quiet, approximately 40 minutes from the center. It was what we were looking for to rest and relax. The host receives very well, very much requests, responds quickly, gives several tips on everything you need. I recommend and will be staying there next to Maceió.
